Directions

From the A1: Join the A696 for Newcastle international airport. At the A696 airport roundabout, turn right into the airport entrance, then turn left and proceed across two roundabouts, following signs for ‘car hire return’. Opposite ‘car hire return’, enter the short stay 3 car park (fast track car park), and proceed to the meeting point to the right, next to the pedestrian ramp.

From Edinburgh: The A68 offers an alternative route onto the A696 for Newcastle airport.

Arrival procedure

Please telephone our customer services 30 minutes before scheduled arrival time on the number on your confirmation. Park in our short stay car park 3 (fast track car park), just a few meters from the check-in hall, where our chauffeur will be waiting to meet you.

Return procedure

Please check your booking confirmation for details.

On your return to Newcastle airport, after collecting your luggage, please telephone the number on your confirmation. Alternatively, please dial 555 on the white courtesy telephone in baggage reclaim situated near the toilet facilities. Then simply proceed outside the terminal and turn immediately right towards our short stay car park 3 (fast track car park), where your car will be waiting for collection.

Security

While you are on holiday your car will be parked on site at Newcastle airport, in a secured location covered by CCTV and 24 hour surveillance. Your car will be parked in a secured and official on airport car park. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking.

Insurance

Chauffeurs are comprehensively insured to drive your car. Cars are stored subject to the car parks' terms and conditions.

Disabled facilities

Suitable service which can be used by disabled clients. Please mention when re-confirming with Newcastle Meet and Greet.

Please note, when you are met on arrival at the Short Stay car park, there is a small ramp that allows you access to the terminal, but please be assured that it is the closest car park to the terminal.

No mobile homes, lorries or caravans are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.
