Directions

From all major roads: please follow signs for Luton Airport.

Please follow the arrival procedure as described on your voucher.

Arrival procedure

Please call 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival time to re-confirm your drop off time.
It is important that you call on the number listed above if you are running late or early. That way somebody will be aware of your situation so that assistance will be allocated accordingly.

Head towards the Short Term car park and go through the ticket barrier and soon after the barrier on to your is the designated off airport meet and greet area which right next to the pay point station.

Here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs at the prearranged meeting point, who will have all your booking details.

Return procedure

Please call us once you have collected all your luggage in the baggage hall. In case of any delays please let us know.
Our chauffeur will deliver your vehicle to the agreed pick up point at the airport.

Security

All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected, it is driven to a nearby secure compound with CCTV. The yard is fully secure and is insured, and further is manned 24 hours a day. Here your car will remain until your return.

You will be required to pay the exit fee for the Short Term car park (currently £3.80, subject to change).
