If coming via the M1 motorway come off slip road, which goes into M1 junction 10A to a large roundabout, take second exit sign posted Airport. The airport is well sign posted from this point.

Please go into airport, at first roundabout straight across and go under the tunnel which welcomes you to London Luton Airport.

Follow signs to the short term car park, take a ticket at the barrier, and go to the meet and greet area.

Transfers from airport

Transfers are not required as this is a Meet and Greet service.

Arrival procedure

Please check your booking confirmation for details.

If coming via the M1 motorway, please call the car park as you are leaving the motorway, or if you are travelling via an alternative route please call the car park when you are almost at the airport, this allows us time to get to the airport for your arrival.

If you are arriving between 4am and 7am allow an extra 30 minutes on arrival time for Meet and Greet due to heavy traffic at peak times.

You will be met at the airport and your car will be parked in a secure compound for the duration of your trip.

Departure procedure

On your return please collect your luggage and clear customs before telephoning the car park, they will bring your car back to the Meet and Greet Area at the Short Stay car park.

Please have £1.00 to exit the Short Term car park on your return, as a new barrier system has gone into operation, this gives you ten minutes, if over the ten minutes you will incur a fine from the airport, by you registration of your car.

Security

The car park has CCTV, security fencing and is manned 24 hours a day. This car park has been rewarded with the Park Mark Reward.

Disabled facilities

The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.

Additional information

Please have £1 to exit the Short Term car park on your return, as new barrier systems has gone into operation, after ten minutes, you incur a fine.

When you telephone on your return, please note you only have ten minutes to get your car out of the Short Term car park, if not you get a fine from airport in the post.

Please note: We cannot accept bookings for vans or large people carriers such as Mercedes Vitos.

Please make sure to bring your confirmation with you.

For 'on the day' change in details, or if you have failed to advise any amendment to the return journey which affects the collection of your vehicle, you will be charged a £15 supplement and for any additional days as applicable.
