Transfer to airport

You will be met outside the terminal building by a driver, therefore transfers are not required.

Directions

Follow signs to Luton Airport from all major roads. Then follow the arrivals procedure stated in your confirmation email.

Arrival procedure

Please check your booking confirmation for details.

On drop off day please call us on the number on your confirmation when you are 10 minutes away from Luton airport to inform us of your impending arrival.
Head towards the short term car park and go through the ticket barrier and soon after the barrier on to your right is the designated off airport meet and greet area which right next to the pay point station.

Our drivers all carry personal identification and will have a copy of your booking details. Our driver will help unload your luggage, check your vehicle’s condition and confirm your return flight details with you. The driver will ask you to sign the paperwork and give you a copy. Please hand your car keys only to your driver (no house keys).

IMPORTANT: If you are arriving over 20 minutes earlier or later than indicated on your booking we may ask you to follow the signs to the MID TERM Car Park free drop off area first. Your driver will then call you when they are near and ask you to go to the PRIORITY SET DOWN area where they will meet you.

If you cannot reach the driver via telephone prior to your arrival for any reason please proceed to the Drop Off Zone (PRIORITY SET DOWN) and look for a Luton Airport Meet and Greet driver wearing a black and red jacket. The driver will then arrange for your car to be parked.

Return procedure

When you reach the terminal building you will receive a ‘Welcome Home’ text message from us as soon as you turn your phone on. We will have tracked your return flight and your driver will be waiting close by with your car. Once you are ready to come into the Drop off area please call us on 07500 803 230 or 01582 453910 to let us know that you are ready to take your car, and our driver will come and meet you. Your driver will check your car with you and ask you to sign that you are happy with its condition. He may ask to see your ID to make sure that we are returning the right car to the right person.

Please note you will need £1 to pay the car park exit fee.

Please note that there is a strict 10 minute waiting time in the drop off zone therefore it is essential that you do not call your driver until you are on your way.

Security

The cars are stored in a secured fenced car park with 360 degree cctv cameras, floodlit lighting and 24/7 on site security.

Additional information

You will be asked to hand your car keys only to your driver (no house keys). Luton Airport Meet and Greet can only take responsibility for vehicle keys.

As your driver may need to contact you please ensure that the correct mobile number has been provided on the booking details.

Strict airport regulations mean that our drivers are not able to wait longer than 10 minutes in the drop off and pick up area.
