Directions

From M4: At J3 follow signs for A312 Heathrow and Feltham. Continue along A312 through one traffic light junction for app rox. 1 mile until reaching the Waggoners roundabout. Continue to junction with A30 and turn right. Pass through two sets of traffic lights and take the T4 slip road on the left. As you approach the T4 roundabout stay in the left hand lane and follow the slip road onto the dual carriageway. At the next junction turn left and T4 Long Stay and Business Parking will be on your right.

From M25: At Junction 14 follow signs to T4 along Airport Way (A3113). At next roundabout/traffic lights junction go straight across onto the Southern Perimeter Road. Cross next roundabout and continue through three sets of traffic lights on reaching the next roundabout continue straight ahead. T4 Longstay and Business Parking will be on your right.

Transfers from airport

Transfers operate every 1-2 minutes to and from terminal four between 5am and 11pm, taking only 3 minutes. Outside these hours transfers are available on demand.

Arrival procedure

Upon arrival at Business Parking take a ticket.

BCP customers: Upon arrival at Business Parking (Park & Fly), please don’t take a ticket. At the entry barrier simply insert the credit or debit card used to make your booking. Your card will be recognised and the barrier will raise to let you in. If your card is not recognized, please do not insert a different card, simply take a ticket.

Departure pocedure

Please check your confirmation email for details.

On return simply present your ticket along with your reference number at the reception located at the car park exit.

BCP customers: On your return proceed to bus stop six and await transfer bus back to car park. Use the same credit or debit card at the exit barrier to get out of the car park. Please be aware that the usage of a different credit or debit card will result in a double charge. If you took a ticket on arrival simply present your ticket along with your reference number at the reception located at the car park exit.

Security

Car park is manned 24 hrs, frequently patrolled and enclosed by security fencing. Comprehensive CCTV in place.

Disabled facilities

There are ramps at all the bus stops, and the buses have ramps which can be lowered to allow easier access for wheelchair users.
The disabled parking bays are next to the customer services office. Please note that the transfer buses do not have wheelchair access. If you are travelling and require wheelchair access please contact a member of staff at the car park and they will make arrangements for you.

Additional information

Please note that your booking cannot be amended within 1 day of your arrival. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
