Heathrow Good to Go Park and Ride (Terminal 5)

Book now from £ for 7 days parking.

Directions

Good to Go Park and Ride Terminal 5 is in Heathrow Airport's Long Stay car park.

From the M4, leave the motorway at junction 4 onto Tunnel Road East. Keep going along this road and as it divides, keep to the left. You'll then come to a roundabout and will need to take the third exit onto Nene Road. At the end of the road, take a right onto Northern Perimeter Road West. Keep going along this road and eventually you should see the car park on your left, signposted Long Stay T5.

Arrival procedure

The car park has automatic number plate recognition, so make sure you give us your car registration number when you book.

At the entry barrier, the machine will read and recognise your registration number, give you a ticket and lift automatically. Keep the ticket with you as you'll need it when you get back. Then, drive in and park in a space. We recommend that you make a note of the zone and row you've parked in on your ticket, along with the nearest bus stop to make it easier to find your car when you get back. Then, just wait at the bus stop for the transfer bus and you'll be at check-in in around 7 minutes.

If you have any problems, press the button at the barrier for help.

Return procedure

On your return, you'll need to head to Bus Stop 21 just outside the arrivals hall and hop on a bus back to the car park.

Once you're at the car park, drive to the exit barrier, insert the ticket you were given when you first arrived and the barrier will lift and you're off home!

If your booking reference isn't printed on your ticket, or you have any problems, press the call button for help.

Security

The car park is manned 24 hours a day and has CCTV, fences and frequent patrols by high profile security vehicles. The car park even holds the Park Mark security award accredited by the police.

Disabled facilities

If you have mobility issues, please call us once you've booked and we'll arrange suitable transport to get you to the terminal.

There are parking bays for Blue Badge holders near the bus stops and the transfer buses are wheelchair-accessible.

Additional information

You can't cancel or amend this package once you've booked it.

You get to keep your keys, keeping you in control.

There is a height limit of 2.4m, though the largest vehicle they can take is a transit van or a 16-seater minibus. If a vehicle takes more than one space, the car park may charge for two spaces.

Parking prices are calculated in 24-hour blocks, starting from the time you arrive at the car park. If you park for more days than you booked, the car park will charge you for the extra days at its normal rate when you come back. If you leave the car park early, unfortunately we can't give you a refund.

You need to give us your car registration number either when you book, or sometime before you go. If you change the car you're going to be travelling in, you need to give us the new details.

Very happy with this service. Parking was easy. Hardly any wait for the bus both ways. Drop off and pick up right outside the terminals.

Car park serves Terminal 5 with regular bus service. Number plate recognition allows easy entry and exit. You retain your keys so none of the problems some people experience with 'meet and greet'. A faultless service.

Finding the car park and getting to/from the airport terminal was all very easy and straightforward and the charge was, I thought, reasonable for the week. However, I was charged an extra £22.50. I was surprised by this. I thought I had booked through to midnight on Sat 12 May. In fact my booking clearly states 12 May 12am, and I was back at my car at 11pm on 12 May. So I think your booking system should make it clear, via some kind of alert, that 00:00 is regarded as the next day (ie I should have booked for 00:00 on 13 May, or 11:59 on 12 May).
