Book now from £ for 7 days parking.

Directions

Good To Go is in the airport's Long Stay car park.

Leave the M4 at junction 4 signposted Terminals 2 and 3. Take the third exit at the roundabout. Take the first exit at the next roundabout signposted Central London and A4. Follow the slip road past the Park Inn and merge with Bath Road. Turn right onto Hatton Road North, heading towards Terminal 4. Turn left onto the Northern Perimeter Road. Take the first left at the roundabout onto Eastern Perimeter Road, signposted Long Stay parking T2 to T4. The car park will be on your left.

Arrival procedure

The car park has automatic number plate recognition, so please make sure you give us your car registration number when you book.

On arrival, please take a ticket at the barrier, which will lift automatically. Keep the ticket with you. When you've found a space, make a note of the zone and row you've parked in on your ticket along with the nearest bus stop. Then, just wait at the bus stop for the transfer bus.

Return procedure

You'll need to catch the transfer bus back from the terminal.

From Terminal 2: As you leave the terminal, look for signs to the Long Stay car park, Bus stop 6. Follow these signs to the ground floor where you'll see Bus stop 6 and can catch the transfer bus back to the car park.

From Terminal 3: Bus stop 16. Follow signs for bus stops 16-22 out of the terminal. Bus stop 16 will be in front of you.

Once you get to the car park, if your ticket says 'cashier' on it, you'll need to take it to the customer services office opposite bus stop 6, by the exit, so they can validate it for you. You'll need to leave your car where it is as there are no spaces outside the office. Collect your car and, at the exit barrier, insert your ticket. The barrier will lift automatically. Turn right out of the car park to leave the airport.

Security

The car park is manned 24 hours a day and has CCTV, fences and frequent patrols by high profile security vehicles. The car park even holds the Park Mark security award accredited by the police.

Disabled facilities

If you have mobility issues, please call us once you've booked and we'll arrange suitable transport to get you to the terminal.

The buses have low floors and space to accommodate wheelchairs. The Airport Help Bus, a special bus designed for passengers with mobility problems or a lot of luggage, is also available, but you need to request it in advance.

Additional information

You can't cancel or amend this package once you've booked it.

You get to keep your keys when you park here, so you keep in control.

There are no height restrictions but the largest vehicles the car park can accommodate are transit-type vans or 16-seater minibuses. If a vehicle takes more than one space, the car park may charge for two spaces.

Transfers don't run for this car park between 00:00 and 05:30.

We have always used long stay parking. We have drove in, parked our own car, kept our keys, got on the bus no problems at all. But guess what - they have change it to meet & greet so someone else parks your car for you. Sorry, not for me - I like to park it myself and take my keys. Think this is a bad move you have done. There are 1000s who like to keep their keys. Shame on you for this.

I agree with the last customer review that the post code is incorrect for the car park. Fortunately we just made it for the flight after a lot of running around. Sorry to hear your last customer missed the flight. The car park was full, it took us 10 minutes to find a space. The only good thing was on arrival our flight was cancelled and we were booked on another flight which arrived in T5. When I phoned at 11.45pm they made a special pick up from T5 to T3 car park.

The post code on the booking confirmation tw62sb is not correct. We drove around for over an hour to be told the car park is in a different place. We missed our flight.

I booked parking from 22 12 18 to 25 1 19, I wanted to extend it for 5 days, they said they couldn't, but I could have the meet and great for £140 more. What a joke.

Paid up front on trying to exit car park barrier would not go up machine showed told that I had £185 out standing no one in the customer service office to help. Had to communicate over gate intercom which was a bad line difficult to understand what was being said. After several minutes of silence barrier raised.
