Directions	Leave the M23 at junction 9 and head west towards the airport. Carry on along the dual carriageway until you reach a roundabout. Take the first exit, which is signposted South terminal. Then take the second turning on the left, which is signposted Long Stay car park. Bear right and follow the signs for the car park.
Transfers from airport	Long Stay South is five minutes from the South terminal on the transfer bus. Transfers run 24 hours a day, every 10 minutes and are included in the price.
Arrival procedure	Please check your booking confirmation for details. The car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system so it is essential you have entered the correct vehicle registration when making your booking. On entry, take a ticket and follow signs to the zone indicated. Make a note of zone and nearest bus stop. Your booking reference will be printed on the ticket. If instead it says "Cashier", report to customer services on your return. Proceed to a bus stop and a bus will pick you up and transfer you to the South Terminal.
Departure procedure	Please check your booking confirmation for details. The car park has automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) - so make sure you give us the correct car registration number when you book. Take a ticket at the barrier, which will lift automatically when it recognises your number plate. Keep this ticket. There will be signs telling you which zone to park in. You should make a note of which zone you're parked in, and which is the nearest bus stop. Then just wait at the bus stop for the transfer bus to the South terminal.
Security	This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment.
Insurance	Car Park indemnifies customers for damage resulting from any proven act or negligence on part of its servants or agents.

Additional information	Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate (formerly Parking Express).
