North Terminal: Exit building on the ground floor and follow signs to customer pick up and our driver will be waiting with your car in a convenient space.
South Terminal: Follow signs to Courtesy Coaches and wait near the traffic lights.

Cars are parked in a fully secured car park with CCTV and 24 hour patrols.

Disabled facilities
The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
Additional information
You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Meteor, who will advise if necessary). If your arrival time changes please notify the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.
Please check the airport terminal your flight departs from with your travel company - a £15 supplement will be charged to your card if you fail to advise any amendments to your return journey which affect the collection of your vehicle.
