Directions

North Terminal: Stay at lower level and follow the signs of passenger pick and drop off, park at the far end of the drop off lane.

South Terminal: When you enter the terminal stay in lane for LOWER LEVEL and follow signs for the PASSENGER DROP OFF. Go through the tunnel and park on your right or left hand lay-by after two sets of traffic lights where you will be greeted by Air Parking Ltd chauffeur.

Arrival procedure

Call Air Parking Ltd 20 minutes before your arrival at Gatwick Airport. Air Parking Ltd representative will be waiting for you at your terminal of departure, wearing black shirt and black trouser with ID cards of the company.

You will be greeted by a Air Parking Ltd chauffeur at your terminal and they will take your vehicle away to be parked in a safe and secure parking area which is 10 to 15 minutes from the airport.

Average mileage expected is 15 miles, maximum of 25 miles.

Return procedure

Please check your booking confirmation for details.

On your return please call Air Parking Ltd after baggage collection and they will deliver your car with in twenty minutes.

Security

Air Parking Ltd drivers are fully insured and all drivers are trained to make sure safe return of your vehicle.

Disabled facilities

The service is ideal for disabled passengers, as you will be met at the terminal, but please note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.

Additional information

Operating 24/7.

If you are delayed on your return there will be no charge unless you go into the next day from midnight onwards. After that there is a £10 per day charge for up to three days. Charges for extra time after that period will need to be discussed with the team at Air Parking Ltd.

Surcharge of £10 payable to the driver if you are arriving or returning on the 24th, 25th or 31st December.
