Good

Instructions to call the day prior to your trip to confirm the time you will be arriving, as well as on the day if your plans change, is rather annoying if the time booked is still the time you plan to be there. We arrived at Edinburgh Airport and we were confused by the four signs to the car park, which all lead to the same place but say different things; however, we made it to the 4th floor and dropped off our car. The confirmation said that our car was checked over and it was not, but we were issued with a card to phone when our flight landed on the return flight (which again, we felt was completely pointless) and we were off on our way. On return, we phoned after we had collected our luggage and we picked up the keys on the 4th floor from the attendants, who gestured generally to where our car was parked. The service was fine, not friendly or spectacular in any particular way, but we would use it again if necessary. It was a standard experience; I thought it would be better than it was. Oddly, when we returned, there was black tape on our belt buckles that wasn't there when we left - and we're not sure why. However, it's not a big issue.
