Directions	Please make your way to Edinburgh Airport, you will be met on the 1st floor of multi story car park.
Transfers from airport	Transfers are not required, cars are collected and returned to the terminal.
Arrival procedure	Please ring the number on your confirmation1 at least 24 hours before arrival to confirm the meeting point and to guarantee your meet time - if no call is made the car park will not be there to meet you. (You will be met on the 1st floor of multi story car park as the ground floor is now closed to holiday makers). You will be met at time requested if running late / early the car park will do its best to accommodate you. The driver will be wearing high viz yellow jacket and have a red folder in his hand with your details inside.Please note if you miss your slot the car park will try to accommodate your new time but cannot guarantee this. Your car will then be driven and safely parked at Edinburgh Park and Fly 2 car park.
Departure procedure	Full details will be given when your car is collected.
Security	This car park has CCTV, infrared sensors and is continually monitored by security officers.

Disabled facilities	The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
Additional information	Please note: It's important you call Park & Fly Meet & Greet 24 hours prior to departure. And you will be met by a member of Park And Flys staff wearing a high viz yellow jacket and will have a red folder. If your arrival time changes please notify the provider or the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible. Park and Fly will only pay for the first 15 minutes car parking on arrival and departure at the short stay car park (first floor multi story). Park & Fly no longer accept Vans, motor homes, caravans or any vehicle with more than six passengers. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
