Excelent efficient friendly service.Swift transfers.Bus awaiting on arrival and friendly helpful staff to speed up departure.Could not fault it.We would use this service again and recommend it to others.

Outstanding

My first impression was poor because the site looked chaotic and run-down. However, the staff were extremely helpful and efficient and quickly reassured us. Our baggage was handled effectively and after seeing it loaded on the shuttle coach we next saw it outside our cabin on the ship. On return from our cruise the shuttle coach was easily identified and when we arrived at the parking lot our car was waiting for us.
With the exception of the first impression the whole process was professional and painless. I would have no hestitation to recommend this service to others.
