Bristol International is located on the A38, 8 miles south of Bristol.

From the M5 North: Exit the M5 at Junction 18. Take the A4 towards Bristol and the airport for about 5 miles. Turn right onto the A38 and follow it to Bristol Airport. Follow the signs to the Drop Off Car Park.

From the M5 South: Exit the M5 at Junction 22.

Arrival procedure

Please check your confirmation email for details.

To confirm you are running on time, please phone the Concierge 10 to 15 minutes prior to arrival at Bristol International. Due to current security restrictions, the terminal forecourt is closed for customer access, therefore once at the airport, please follow the signs to the Rapid Pick Up Car Park adjacent to the terminal. Take a ticket upon entry and follow the route to the left of the Car Park nearest the terminal building.

You will be met by the Concierge in the car park. Your car will be checked by the Concierge and your return details confirmed. You will be given a number to use on your return.

Your car will be parked in Bristol Internationals secure, on-site car park for the duration of your trip.

Please allow plenty of time for airport check-in and security procedures.

The Rapid Pick Up car park is situated immediately adjacent the terminal building and access to the terminal is via a covered walkway.

Return procedure

Please check your confirmation email to make sure the phone number is correct.

On arrival back in to Bristol International, once you have cleared Customs, please call the number given to you by the Concierge. The Concierge will then be in the Rapid Pick-up Car Park, adjacent to Arrivals, with your car ready for collection.

Security

Your car will be parked in Bristol International's secure, on-site car park for the duration of your trip. By choosing a Park Mark Safer Parking facility you are visiting a car park that has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place in order to create a safer environment for both you and your vehicle.

Insurance

All chauffeurs are fully insured to drive customers vehicles.

Disabled facilities

Dedicated special assistance (Blue Badge holders) bays and help buttons at barriers for assistance.

Additional information

Please take your booking confirmation with you as proof of booking. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extra on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
