Transfers from airport

Transfers are not needed as this is a Meet and Greet service.

Directions

From Birmingham city centre take the A45 east towards Coventry.
From the south or north of England take the M42 (which links to the M40 and M1 from London, M6 from Manchester and M5 from the south east). Come off at junction 6 taking the A45 towards the city centre. The Airport turnoff is only one mile and is well signposted. When you arrive at the airport, please follow the arrival procedures provided on your confirmation.

Arrival procedure

Please call our team of chauffeurs on the number in your confirmation when you are 15-20 minutes away from the airport and your chauffeur will then be dispatched to meet you outside the departures. It is important if you are running late or early that you call to give as much notice as possible. On arriving at the airport, follow signs for drop off point, and on entering the drop off point, stay in the right hand lane to go through the barrier sign posted 'maximum stay 10 minutes.'

Return procedure

On your return, after you have collected your luggage simply call the chauffeur on the number in your confirmation and you’ll be met at the pick up point with your vehicle.

Security

Your car will be stored at Airparks. It is manned with 24-hour security, regular patrols and a high perimeter fence.

Insurance

Parking is always at the vehicle owner's own risk.

Disabled facilities

This service is ideal for disabled passengers. Please note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.

When you collect your car from the pick up point on return from your holiday, there is a fee of £1 to exit the drop off car park. The maximum stay is 20 minutes. A prepaid exit ticket will be left on your dash board by the chauffeur for you to exit the drop-off area.

If you go over the 20 minutes maximum stay, you'll be required to pay the additional fee to exit the airport car park.

If you are bringing large items with you, we suggest you check beforehand that your airline will accept them for carriage.

It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and displays a valid road tax license.

Please note this car park cannot accept bookings for minibuses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers, even if multiple spaces are booked. There is a maximum height limit on all vehicles of 2.10m (7 ft).
