I have used Karl Airport Parking several times and have always found them to be very efficient, courteous, and excellent value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend them for airport parking for Belfast International Airport.

this was so handy and hassle free. when i arrived the girl had all my details and gave me instuctions where to park the car and what to do for coming home the staff were so helpful. then the bus took us to the airport and again on the way back they were brill.

Going out was very efficient with very minimal delay.
Waited about 10 minutes for return coach but maybe we just missed one.
Would probably use Karl again

i found the car park easy to find a very effient and reliable servive was provided on both departure and arrival i will certainily be using the car park on future trips i olso found the priceing was excellant compared to other airport car parking

The staff and reception staff were excellent,
As soon as we arrived to book in at reception a minibus was waiting for us to take to the airport and on our return from holiday the minibus was waiting for us at the bus stop would use this carpark again and would recommend them to anyone.

only fault i had was no valet parking. had it been raining, i would have been soaked by the time i found my car. this aside, Karl parking is cheap, efficien,handy and most important, friendly.

Except the toilet which was not operational at the car park site everthing else including car park area, security, attending the calls, picking up from airport (imagine we were just 2 at 9.30 PM still they sent a van to pick us up back from airport) was just superb. With £9 for 3 days it is definitely a great deal. I will strongly recommend this car park and will surely use them next time.

This was my first time to use Karl Airport Parking. It was a positive experience. We did not have to wait at all either for the coach to take us to the Airport or for the coach to bring us back to Karl Airport Park after
our holiday. On the basis of my experience I would be happy to recommend Karl and I will be using it again.

Excellent service. Shown to parking space and collected with baggage and driven to terminal. On arrival one phone call and the bus was there to take us back to the car. Its half the price of the long term parking and more convenient. I will use it again.

Poor

I would not use this carpark again as the driver that meet us on our return jouneny was very rude. He made me feel like an inconvience to him and he upset several other customers on the bus. He was paticulary rude to a female passenger travelling with one child, he shouted at her and told her to get herself more orgnaise. He shouted at customers told them to hurry and get a move on as he wanted to get out of here

Thought car parking was great..easy to find..bus there when flight came in ...left us to our car but car wouldn't start - very unusual for this car- but they were great and quickly got us sorted and off we went ...would definitely use again

Overall, hard to find a fault with the service. Transfers to and from the airport arrived within 5 mins and whilst slightly further from the airport Karl were cheaper than their competitors.

Easy to find. Good directions and signposted. Very competitively priced, but leave extra time as we were running a little late and the bus kept holding on for more people to get on. On return jouney home arrived fairly promptly when phoned.

I found Karl Airport Parking excellent we had no problems at all on the way home we telephoned them to say we had got our suitcases, we didnt have to wait long approx 3mins which was great as we were exhausted the drivers were very friendly. My car was waiting for me where i left it. i have never used a parking facility at an airport so was abit anxious but you park your own car and take the keys with you. would i use Karl again........absolutly i will use it everytime.thankyou very much

Pleasant staff at reception desk, and warm waiting area until bus was available about 10 minutes on the outward journey, also gave me information as to how book slightly more cheaply the next time.
10min wait to pick at terminal on return, but given the distance the car parking is from airport this acceptable.
Yes you have to allow for the distance/time taken to get to terminal but it was half the price of airport long stay and almost half of other car parks, some of whom want your car key as well!!

Good car park, bit slow getting lifted from the Airport on our return due to Karl staff asking us not to phone until we had our luggage. It would seem more appropriate to phone Karl when into the Terminal, so they would have time to get over to the Airport while people are waiting for their luggage!
