for us this was a great way to start our holiday, it was so easy, pulled up outside the airport doors and someone came and took our car didnt need to look for carpark spaces its so simple, coming back our car was ready for us just as we came out of the termimal great services will be using again

Parking procedure was excellent. No hanging around waiting for a driver in the departure lane and car delivered back to me after only a 5 minute wait on return despite a delay to my return flight. All very good and great value for money. However, I paid for a valet and whilst the inside was good the outside was filthy because it had been raising since the valet had been done. The outside was no cleaner than when I left it which was disappointing!

We would never use this company again. We unfortunately ran late for our 30 minutes 'meet and greet' slot due to one of our children being poorly, we received a call 10 minutes after we were due to meet our driver and explained the delay, we were told that our slot had been cancelled and that we would have to rebook online. I attempted to rebook but because it was so close to the time we actually wanted to park the system wouldn't allow it. We then parked in long stay at Stansted and our bank account is over �170 lighter!
On the day of our return we received a text from S.V.S asking when we would be collecting our car, we responded with a text outlining the reasons why they didn't have our car and referring to the disappointing service we had received. The texts received back were rude and unprofessional and if I had the technical knowledge I would add them to this review.
We understand that the driver needs to know when you are arriving so that he can meet you, however, we think their policy needs to be more flexible and take into account that customers do occasionally get delayed. We were travelling with 3 small children to visit a gravely ill family member and the terrible customer service and rude texts added extra unnecessary stress.

The service at drop off and pickup was excellent and represented good value. The car had been parked under a tree and was dirty with bird droppings and it had been occupied by a smoker.

This is my first experience with S.V.S,I booked them through a comparison site as they were the most reasonably priced.
I used this service because i have a disasbled child and was traveling with luggage. Upon booking online i recieved an instant confirmation email with all the details i needed with a step by step guide. I found the staff friendly with a very professional manner,they were very prompt upon recieving & returning my vehicle(10 min), however upon returning my vehicle at the stansted designated area (Blue Bullard) i had to pay an un-expected �2 to exit the car park, i guess it would help if this is stated upon booking. Overall i found this service excellant and would reccomend to friends & family.

We had good experience on the way to the airport, we were about 40 minutes early and they were very flexible and charged us no extra. However, on the way back, we were met at the airport and the driver told us we had to pay �2 to exit the car park at our own expense which was never mentioned in the booking!! I don't expect this from a meet and greet service so for this i would never use the company again.

The service was excellent and really easy. The guys who met us were very cheerful and friendly. Just a couple of points - on arrival back in UK we were met in the car park and handed a parking ticket for which we had to pay �2.00 - we had not expected this as we thought we had paid all that was necessary. This only gives you 15 mins from the time the car entered the car park - we had no English money to hand and our credit cards were packed - it was a bit of a panic to find them before the price escalated. Had we known in advance we would have been prepared. Wherever it is parked must be 14 miles away as 28 miles had been added to the clock which adds around another �5.00 to total cost. These extra costs should be mentioned when booking so they can be taken into account. Our door key cover had been removed and the emergency key had been used - this is not a problem, but no-one told us it had been done. Overall it is a good service and we would probably use it again.

Dear Sir / Madam, this is the first time that we have used Meet and Greet and we were uncertain about how good it would be. Having telephone before departure we were given clear instructions, were met outside the terminal by a smart and presentable representative, who then took out car away. On return we were given instructions by TEXT and then by telephone and we then collected our car (undamaged) from your equally polite and presentable representative at the 15 minute car park. Altogether a stress free experience. We will do it again. Thank you. Alan Walpole

Friendly service. I was a bit unsure where to drop off the car so had to swing past twice. Landed earlier than SVS expected but car was dropped off immediately. We would definitely use this service again.

Before I start, I just would like to say that I never leave feedback though I was so cross about my dealings with this company, that I felt compelled to let everyone know!!
We always use valet parking and have never ever had any issues in the past, though if I'm honest this particular experience was not great. Outgoing was perfect - the guy arrived before we did. Perfect.
Though returning to Stansted was less than ideal. I spoke to the guy who told me where we should meet him with the car. We turned up and waited though he was nowhere to be seen. I then looked at my phone and I had six missed calls and six voicemail messages each of which lasted for 2-3 mins of him heavy breathing....so he had clearly forgotten to hang up or indeed leave a message!
Inevitably every time I rang him it either rang and rang and rang or went straight to voicemail. In the end, we spent the best part of 15 mins waiting in the rain and when I eventually got through to him he had become so impatient with trying to get through to me that he had parked the car in the chuffing car park, which meant that when we left we had to pay �5 for the privilege. Brilliant. The whole point of valet parking is that your car is dispatched for you right by the Terminal entrance to minimise inconvenience, especially when there are 3 adults and 3 tiny kids. Needless to say we will not be using this company again.

This is the second time that we have used this service and it is excellent - prompt in both directions. A slight 'hidden' �2.00 parking fee, plus the price had risen by �24 between May and June, but still worth it for the convenience. The car is parked some way off airport, which may put some people off.

I had a bad experience and one that I am happy to share.
I hit really bad traffic on the way to Stansted and ended up missing my flight on the way out arriving in the end at 6pm for a 6.20pm flight. (took 4 hours to drive 80 miles)
In my communication with the meet and greet service on the way they told me htat I would need to pay an extra �20 as I had missed my allocated slot, which I agreed I would.
When I got to the airport I was quite upset and crying as an 80 mile journey had taken me 4 hours and the driver who greeted me let me know that i had missed my flight. He also said that he wouldn't charge me the extra (appreciated) as they wouldn't be taking my car. He said to ring head office when I'd rearranged my flight to book another parking time (I excepted that I may then have to pay the extra �20)
When I rang the next day to tell them that I had booked my outbound flight for the next morning they said I would have to pay the full amount �80 again in order to park my car even though effectively they were actually going to provide me a service for 2 less days! His point was that it was the waiting at the airport for me that had cost them alot of money.
They tell you to ring 1/2 hour before you get there so that they can get to the airport and I kept them updated on my progress and so there's no way they were waiting at the airport all of that time and if they were that's a bad business decision on their behalf!
So I refused to pay the full amount again and so had to find another company who were much cheaper and had some kind of humanity about them. I will be spreading the word around about how good this other company were and unfortunately not be singing your praises at all.

When we rang to advise our arrival time, we got voice mail and left a meessage. On arrival no one to meet us, we had to ring again and wait for the driver, who was not uniformed and had no ID with him. Not ideal when you leave you car with a stranger and he doas not give you any paperwork!
Coming back was better, car was there just as we got to the car park, but again the driver was not in uniform. The car had an empty juice bottle in the drivers door and some large plastic containers in the boot which surprised us, although everything else was OK.
The company rang us the following day to apologise and explain that that they had cleaned the seats for us to remove a smell in the car and forgotten to take the containers away.
Overall for the first time is was OK, but a bit unnerving to leave your car with someone you don't know. Would use them again, as it is a very convenient service.

Good service, They do what thet say.But i do not expect to find my car to have done 45 miles extra since i left it with them. It makes me wonder were my car has been, Still awhating a reply from them.

booked Park and Go through yjr Airport Parking Shop. Web site was easy to use and the transaction problem free. Park and Go were first class. Exoplained everything and were on time both outward and inward journies. Very friendly and efficient. When we telephoned 30 minutes from agreed arrival time, they were quick to recognise and confirm time. The P and G rep was smart, polite and friendly. We were asked to phone in on return when we had collected our bags, we did/ The car was there 3 minutes fater we left the airport to go to the pick up point. Again no problem, they evne paid for the short stay car park ticket before showing us the exit gate. All in all a first-class service. Would also use APS again.

excellent. dropped car off right outside terminal doors at stansted and car was waiting for me 2 minutes after clearing customs about 100m outside terminal. excellent

Service on the way there was great. On the way back however the SVS contact was not at all clear about where the car would be left, and ended up dropping it off at the arrivals section, which he said would result in a �135 fine. He then got very argumentative, although fortunately an attendant intervened.
Overall, great service, but don't let them drop your car off outside the airport if they offer - you will get a large fine!
