"The mid stay parking was an efficient well run system. All staff I spoke to were helpful and polite(at the booth and the bus driver). The only minor issue I had was working out exactly where to wait for the bus as there seemed to be 2 bus stops and unclear markings"

"Stansted Mid Satay Car park was very easy to find, shuttle was prompt, quick and convenient, especially easy to locate on return journey from arrivals.

We had a small problem initialluy with the entry barrier card reader not recognising our prepaid credit card, but the helpline was useful and the staff at the exit dealt with it quickly and with no fuss."

"Had a terrible time trying to change booking. Contact by phone very difficult at weekends. Instructions at barrier not terribly clear. In the notes you say don't insert ticket just card so one automatically heads for the lane that says 'credit cards only'. This of course is the wrong lane. So I ended up paying twice. The person who handled my complaint was excellent. Very helpful indeed. It remains to be seen whether I am refunded but you will be the first to know if I am not!"

"Second time used this car park and experience was even better than last time. Bus was waiting and left within two minutes, ditto on return journey. Improvement was that bus driver announced all the stops and asked if anyone wanted to get off at that stop whereas last time we went round the car park twice as we were told we should have pressed the bell (which we hadn't seen)!!! Brilliant service which I would not hesitate to use again."

"Parking went very well, It would be nice to be reminded that you have to show the ticket that you take on entering the car park when you come to leave. Also it would be nice for the driver , when calling out the stops, to call out Eg L1 or L 2 not stop 32 or 35 when you park you only look at the car park you park in and the stop number.

"I had to go through the "manual" lane and was kept hanging on as the operative was talking to someone else outside. It is the last thing you need at 20.15 hrs after having paid ahead and after one days travel.

"i booked through airport parking shop with BCP on thursday 1st nov for the 2nd nov at 06.00 to the 3rd nov 10.00. However, when i went to put my credit card in the ticket machine it refused it several times and i tried all different ways of putting it in. i then had to take a ticket as normal and pay the full rate the next day when i left. i spoke to the man at the exit gates and gave him my booking ref, my credit card and my e-mail address and there was nothing coming up on his computer. i have the receipt for the ticket i had to buy and basically i would like to claim back the money i paid for the ticket i didn't use. i think this car park is extremely helpful and i will be using it again, this is just a minor mishap and wont put me off. would you be able to get back to me as soon as possible and let me know what will be happening, thank you"

"Hi - the machine didnt' recognise my credit card when I arrived, but I pressed the call button and was told to just go to the manned kiosk on my exit. This was all dealt with very easily and was very straight forward. Very happy with the service.

"Directions were good, but the the barrier would not accept my credt card, despite making a booking on line.
Waited over 10 minutes for the bus on our return. Missed our stop where the car was parked. The driver gave insufficient warning of the stops coming up, & did not slow down at each stop. There were no obvious instructions on how to stop the bus when required."

"Great location to the airport. Bus service good, i arrived at 0400hrs and was in the terminal at 0410hrs. I had to go to the Customer Service to exit the cr park and the chap was very helpful. Good value for money"

"I'm glad I chose the mid stay option. I returned late at night ie 10.45pm and only had to wait 5 mins for the shuttle bus.

I found the total cost for 5 days quite high, but it was cheaper than the rate if I had just turned up. It was good to be able to book it a very short notice ie late on the evening before a morning flight."

"Procedure for Mid Stay Parking at Stansted was really efficient, fast, and we had peace of mind knowing we had pre booked. Our connections from the car park to the terminal couldn't have been better, and we checked in stress free!! Will definitely use this facility in future, and will recommend people to use the same."

"I found everything connected to this car parking service excellent. It was very easy to book, I recieved full confirmation and instructions quickly. The car park was easy to find, entrance and exit was easy. Parking instructions were clear, the buses ran very often, everything was great. I would highly recommend this service, it was all very easy."

"Very good pre-booking system which saves time in and out of car park. Regular buses from terminal but seems to take ages going round for drop off Bus Stops 1 to 18 perhaps a map may help get off at an earlier stop to short cut to car."

"I was very happy with the Car parking. Being a woman of quite a few years (old enough to know what I want , when and where!!) I was a little fearful on arriving back whenit was dark. But I need not have worried. There was plenty of lights so I felt quite safe. Thank You."

"It was efficient, pain free and easy to book on-line and them enter and exit using my switch card - so I didn't have to worry about finding a Parking Ticket and go the a machine etc. after all that travelling.

It was a very efficient service that I will be using again since travel in business regularly.
