"Car park barrier wouldn’t go up as said we owed £280.00 which you don’t need after a holiday and was in good time. Not clear on button for help so walked around car park no advice but did get help in end and was ok at barrier"

"Since it’s an automated way to collect parking fees, there’s not much to go wrong. Is this supplier, better than any other? I doubt it, but I was impressed with the Airport Parking Shop website which saved me £20 on the supplier’s own website... which, by comparing parking providers, is the only way you can get sensibly good value. The parking provider is actually the same automated process as all the others. It does what it says on the tin. The comparison website in contrast, is worth its weight in gold."

"Took 25 minutes to get out of car park as pre paid parking not working. The area is so badly lit you cannot see the phone button on the machine. Total shambles."

"Awful experience on a Sunday evening. Waited 30 mins in freezing cold for the every 10 min bus. Crowds of passengers didn't all fit on. There was no apology or explanation from the driver. There only appeared to be one bus in service. Will not use this car park in future or recommend it."

"Got outside of the arrivals lounge at Stansted, and it was 25 minutes until the mid stay car park left. You advertise a frequency of 10 minutes between buses, this is clearly incorrect. it was around 7:30 PM in the evening, and the airport was quite busy. Then we were the last drop off bus stop in the car park, so we added an extra 15 minutes to our journey. Used to be so much better. Is it now profit over service?"

"Parked at 7.15am no bus until 7.50 am. If I was in a hurry, I don’t think I would be choosing this service again. This happened to me once before but I decided to try again"

"The sign is confusing, there is small sign while entering but i am sure you wont be able to read all while there are cars behind you, however u wont find no sign inside car park how much and how you should be paying;thats there just to rip off thats, you will get charge extra amount u been expecting, staff are rude as hell, will suggest avoid using mid stay..."

"We arrived at 4:30am and all zones had a closed sign except one which was full.
We waited over 20 minutes for a bus , and when finally using the help point was informed the buses were only running from one zone which wasn't even the open one.
In the end we had to park in a "closed zone" and walk to find a bus. No signs or information available . Extremely confusing and poor service."

"Paid pre-parking could not get out of the barrier, no intercom to resolve the problem, unbelievably stressful as 10 cars parked behind and absolutely no help given, even after calling the number on the letter, never ever again."

"Yet again I pre-pay.
Try and leave having put in my card. The gate does not open. Use the buzzer and it takes about3 minutes for it to be answered. Finally barrier is opened. The system simply does not work properly as this has happened the last three times i have parked at Mid Stay. Other people were doing the same"

"We had pre-booked our parking online. When we arrived at the entry gate, nothing happened so we pushed the button (perhaps the wrong one) and were issued a ticket. When we returned to our car three days later, and put our ticket into the exit gate, we were asked to pay more than double! We then pressed the help button, were asked for our booking reference and all was well - the barrier lifted. We think that maybe the machine did not recognise our number plate because it is an Alpha Romeo where the number plate is not in the middle. Other than that, all ran smoothly."

"Service was easy to use. It would have been helpful to know that we could park in any zone. Glad we wrote down the name of the zone, row and bust stop in the back of the ticket! Generally very good, would use again"

"Fast shuttle bus, good location, we had problem on the way back, screen shows that we must pay 168 pounds, but the man in the service office solve that problem. It was because our parking was prepaid."

"First time I had used the mid-stay car park at Stansted. Booking and paying in advance was really helpful and reduced cost too. Transfer to and from the airport was prompt and easy and the drivers could not have been more helpful. Signing in the car park was satisfactory although a few more 'exit' signs would have helped. Overall, I found the whole experience much easier than I had anticipated and would not hesitate to use it again should the need arise."

"Not far from terminal! Couldn't find a seat so bit uncomfortable standing with suitcases! Otherwise ok, buses come on a regular basis to collect and drop off."

"I routinely use the long stay carpark, but this time there was a special offer so I took advantage of it.
The "freebie" priority thingy through security was a real bonus as it was very busy. A very nice lady bus driver delivered us back to the car on the return bit, and Overall I felt it was well worth it the slight extra cost. Will be back!!"

"It was a pleasant journey, easy to use, not too expensive. One of the things that you might need to consider is signpost. When I was looking for a bus stop for a mid term parking bus, it was not very clear which bus stop that I need to use.
