"The car park was fine- easy to find & close to the airport- checking in using the details on line was easy, as was leaving the car park. Both on our outward & return journey there was a bus waiting, so it was a quick & efficient transfer."

"Good car park. Easy system, easy to find and no problem with the buses even though there were over 100 people waiting for the bus for the return journey. After a short wait (5mins) another bus came and the queue had gone. Would definitely book again."

"simple easy access drive in park up and jump on bus, waiting time on bus back to carpark seemed a bit lengthy then a repeat proccess to leave, i will certainly use carpark again."

"Generally a good experiance, but
A) The machine did not regonise my debit card so i had to take a normal ticket anyway
B) The bus drivers don't call out the bus stops clearly enough."

"A good service with a fast pickup from the parking area to the terminal. The return journey was slower - it took just under 30 minutes from getting to the pickup point to getting to the car. The special price for this stay was extremely good and more than compensated for the delay on return. Stansted has previously been a high cost airport for parking and I only hope that this more competitive pricing continues."

"great! entry and exit was simple, we paid in advance and the carpark is well signposted. bus collection from the car park and the terminal was simple and efficient."

"Good service - my only criticism is the internal layout of buses travelling to and from the airport - we found (wife and three small children) that it was difficult to place our bags (1 per person) onto the bagagge racks as they were blocked by passengers standing by their bags - this made the bus seem crowded when in fact it is not.

Otherwise good service"

"Generally good - the buses were not too crowded and entry and exit procedures were easy. The wait for the bus on return was a little longer than I would have liked but acceptable."

"My boyfriend pressed the button on the barrier by accident even though I'd reserved by credit card beforehand. I thought it was going to be a nightmare to sort out but it was really easy and the lady in the box was very friendly. The only reason I haven't given a five score is the distance from the airport."

"Parking and shuttle bus were all fine and timed nicely! But our credit card did not work in the machine when we arrived so had to call for help and they told us to take another ticket and to sort out after trip.Same happened with our friends. Sorted out after trip and was ok but just annoying to have to do, afterall it shoudl have worked."

"This was the first time using Pink Elephant flying from Stansted. On entering and exiting the staff were available to help. On arrival and departure the waiting time on boarding a bus was much less than I had anticipated, and also the time between the arrival and departure of buses. I would have no hesitation in using the service again."

"The zonal marking is very poor in that whole rows have the same number (as opposed to heathrow business parking where rows are split into zones) .

Since the dropping off bus stop was differently located to the departure bus stop (thus throwing out our bearings) we spent 10 minutes looking for the car at the "wrong end" of the very long rows.

However, I particularly liked how they guided you to parking areas on entrance to the car park which made parking very easy."

"I can't compare it to any other parking option, but I've used this one three times now and I think it's ideal. Never waited to long on the bus yet, always enough space, clear instructions. For me only one minor remark: I drive a left hand drive and it would be great if there were facilities for that at the entrance and exit."

"Well unfortunately when we arrived back to the airport I could not find my parking ticket and then spent half-an-hour going through my suitcases trying to find it whilst waiting for an answer from one of your staff on my telephoned request on what I was to do.

NO reply so I drove to the barrier and spoke to the person there and showed him my confirmation e-mail and he filled in a lost ticket form and away I went.

3 HOURS later I get a phone call from your offices about my problem.

I am now sat in my house and I feel YOU must design a better and INSTANT customer service/query hotline to answer customer's questions.

Imagine if I had still been waiting for that phone call, in that car park, all that time."
