"Overall the Pink Elephant is good value for money. Coach transfers are frequent, and they make it easy to find a place, park up and be on your way.

However, the last time I used this service, the coach picked us up on the return journey to the car park, and visited ALL the different car park zones (about 15). I don't know why this happened as it was the middle of the day, and usually different coaches serve different zones so you don't have to spend as long on the coach. Only a minor issue though."

"Just one small niggle - bus on return journey was uncomfortably packed out. Difficult to get our bags from racks provided as so many people and bags standing in front of the racks. Otherwise, did not have long wait for bus on exiting terminal"

"Bus services are very frequent and efficient. it didnt take me more that 20 min to get into my car since I exited the terminal. Although I was lucky as our bus firdt went into the zone were my car was, and was wondering hoe w long would it take to th epeople who have to wait the whole tour around the car park and if the bus services are divided in zones."

"Very good, a slight wait for the bus but think I just missed the previous one and I'd left plenty of time in any case. It was quick and easy getting into the Pink Elephant and find my parking bay and then later retrieving my car. Rate was very reasonable."

"1. Telephone system was poor. Had to go through range of menus, only to be told at the end that all offices were closed. Offices should be open more, or if actually closed callers told this right at start.
2. Had to change pre-booking at last minute following car mechanical problem. Email change was brilliant, with almost instantaneous response from a real person!"

"I have used this car park for several trips and would recommend it to others. The booking, entry process and directions to the sections where you are required to park are easy to follow. The transfers to the airport are efficient and very regular. If had one little bit of advice it would be to put bigger pick elephants on the sign posts where it says "Long Stay" as my passengers didn't know that and were looking for the words "Pink Elephant." Overall an excellent facility, which I will be using again."

"Great facility, Personel in attendance at 1.30am. Coach sign at airport entrance is misleading as general indicator at main entrance causes people to wait where the coach does not stop. Coach driver could indicate colour of Park when returning clients to their vehicles rather than just call out the zone letter. No exrra charge made when parking exceeded the booked duration.

"My trip was fine, and I was satisfied with the parking and shuttle bus facilities. My only problem was due to my inexperience, and I had difficulty on leaving the car park. I was very uncertain about inserting the card into the slot to open the barrier, and thought that it would take the parking ticket with which I had been issued when I arrived. It would not, it required a credit card. This probably seems pretty obvious, and would to me in future, but to the inexperienced traveller who is unsure it was a bit scary as I had to back out and go to another barrier where there was an attendant on duty at the booth. If there had been cars behind me, I would have felt a bit of panic at this point. Simple instructions for those of your customers who can be a bit thick at times could be very useful."

"We normally use a taxi service between Enfield and Stansted but having attended a wedding in Essex we stayed overnight in a local hotel for an early A.M. flight. From making the on-line booking, receiving the acknowledgement together with the full procedure information the service has been excellent. Entry and exit to the car park was simple by use of the pre-paid C.C.and the 'bendy' coaches for transit between car park and terminal made loading of the cases an easy task. I will have no hesitation in using Pink Elephant again and can strongly recommend."

"The parking was easy to find and the directions to the zone to be used were good. The proximity to the airport were good also. We did have a slight problem on our return as we were mis-directed by a member of staff to stand at the bus stop for E-Q zones and when we used the bus from this stop we were told it was the wrong bus. However the driver kindly took us to our zone even although it was not on our route. Pink Elephant was much better than an alternative we used on a previous visit when the transfer time was 20 mins, the buses were old and tatty and the staff with tattoos and skinheads were a bit scary!"

"Very easy to use. Everything clear and easy prepayment system. Transfer to and from the air terminal quick and in clean transport. A bit annoying that on return the bus does go from parking area to parking area in alphabetical sequence."

"A completely trouble free process from on-line booking to use of carpark. Easy to change details if necessary. Simple to use facilities with clean and spacious bus service to and from airport. Drivers very helpful. Simple check-in and exit at barriers with close customer service office if required. Good space for normal family car. Clear signing of zones and rows."
