"Booked on line - very easy. Had to change registration details after buying new car - one quick easy phone call sorted this. Arrived at car park (well sign posted)and gained easy entry by putting card that I used for on line booking into the ticket machine which then issued me a ticket for later exit.
Only minor gripe is the over filled courtesy buses, although the drivers do deal well with having to fill their buses to their absolute capacity, a few more buses to allow people to sit would be a good idea.
All in all a satisfactory experience and with the reduced costs of on line booking, worth the money."
"I was very satisfied with my journey to the airport, however my return trip was most unsatisfactory, we waited approximately 35 minutes for a bus and when one of the other people in the queue called they were told you were very busy - he had noticed that a couple of buses that should have been for Zone A changed to the mid stay car park."September 3, 2007

"This parking is expensive at £8.00 per day and this would put me off using Stansted in the future. The car parks are a fair way from the terminal which adds to journey times. The system of blue/ red/ yellow zones is not clearly explained and the signage outside the terminal ought to be clearer eg "blue zone queue 50 metres to right, yellow zone 100 metres". When we came out there was a massive queue (about 100 people) which we joined before realising it was only for the red zone. Many other people were making the same mistake."September 3, 2007

"I booked online a few hours before my need to use the parking facilites and found doing it online very good.
When we arrived at the car park, the machine at the barrier did not recognise my card, so the very helpful attendant gave me a ticket and advised that when we arrived home from our holiday, we should speak to the attendant again to get us out, otherwise we would have to pay again.
On our return we did just that and the attendant found no record of our details on the system.
He let me out anyway.
We didn't have a problem with it, but something went wrong in that our transaction was not recorded on the system.

"Not very good. Having pre-paid £54.00 by credit card we were stuck in a queue of traffic on arrival at the main entrance by one of your operatives turning cars away because the car park was full. After a 15 minute delay and some forceful complaining we were allowed in to 'find a place if you can'. We did. And then on the way out we had to pay a further £8.20 at the gate with no explanation - and I would like that money refunded please."September 2, 2007
"we were very dissapointed with your service on our return journey we left the terminal building at 030 then sat waiting on the bus for 25mins we left the carpark at 01.45 we had a young child and a journey home of 2 hrs.My family always use pink Elephant as they have a holiday home in Spain and they booked this for us, they were very dissapointed for us.Hopefully this was a 1 off."September 2, 2007
"Excellent directions to car park, easy to enter car park too. No delays in bus to pick us up to take us to terminal. Friendly pick up to take us back to car park on return. "overall ok; we were not aware that the pick ups from air port operate on zone basis, so had to change bus; Bus driver did not want to be helpful when there was a little confusion and one has children and luggage and buggies
In France they help with your luggage etc in those circumstances( not tips given!)"

"It is the first time we have left our car in a long stay car park and travelled abroad so we do not have any comparisions. However because the Pink Elephant car park was so professional and quick pick up/collection we would definetly try long stay car parking again. Thankyou for making our holiday easier

"Entrance was quick & easy, straight down to parking and bus was ready so no delay at all in getting to the terminal building.
Return was fine until checking out with card in machine. Boom did not open, had to get out to speak to attendant and then look for booking number which was found and the boom then opened.
This marred otherwise excellent service."

"Very efficient service and professional staff. Not long to wait for buses in both directions. Only negative comment is that on the way to the airport the bus was very full with standing room only, however, this is to be expected on a Bank Holiday weekend. We had a problem with the machine accepting our card on the way in and were instructed to go to a manned booth when leaving after our holiday, which we did. It struck us that the member of staff who dealt with us was very courteous and pleasant and we came away with a good feeling about Pink Elephant car parks. We will certainly use your service again. "The machine did not recognise my credit card, so I had to press the button for a ticket. When I returned, I went to the manned payment booth. The man says it happens frequently because BCP does not always send the data. Nevertheless, he accepted the receipt I had printed out and brought with me and I was able to leave without paying twice. Still it was a pretty annoying experience. Furthermore, I don't think BCP saved me any money - the three-day price is £32 whether I book ahead or not. I couldd be wrong on that, but I don't think so. In summary, using this service was just a waste of my time and a minor inconvenience - there was nothing positive to the experience at all."September 1, 2007

"We prebooked from 24-28 August at a cost of £40. When we arrived we were met by a person and showed them the confirmation paper. He guided us to a particular lane and we pressed the button for a ticket before we went through the barrier. Our mistake!
Parking was fine, and we were not too far from a bus stop, although in some of the Heathrow car parks I think there are more bus stops. We had about a 15 minute wait at the airport on our return for a bus.
When we left the car park we went in one of the left lanes which indicated pre-paid, and presented the ticket which we got when we arrived, followed by my credit card. The amount which then displayed was £40.50.
I then realised that I had probably paid twice, so we returned to the airport and I spoke to a man in the customer service area. He said that this happened all the time, but instead of giving me a refund for the £40.50 there and then which would have sorted it, he gave me a number to phone.
I phoned, and as it was after 5.00pm left my details. Someone phoned me back the next morning and has promised to refund the additional payment though it will take 7-10 working days.
So, all in all, not very satisfactory. Can I suggest that there are separate lanes for people who have pre-paid which are very clearly marked, so that they just put in their credit card (rather like at the cinema) and the system will recognise that they have prepaid."

"Arrival was fine and tha car park easy to find. A bus was at the stop when we arrived and we made it to the Terminal in good time.
However the return journey was not so good - our flight came in at about 00.15 and we got to the bus stop at around 1am as a bus was just leaving, We then had to wait over 45 mins for another bus - we were very tired, it was very late and there were familes with young chil,dren also waiting. I felt at that time that I would never book with this company again becasue it did not meet its guaranteed collection times ie ervy 15 - 20 mins!!"
"The day I arrived to the parking was a nigtmare they sent me to the last part of the parking. At the beginning Iwent into a zone where it was already closed because I saw free spaces without realising buses didn't stop by these areas, what made me waiste 15minutes.. I was standing by the bus stop few minutes when one of the vigilantes of the parking saw me and kindly told me I had to follow the bus to the Red Zone 8 and park on the zone that it was opened, where I found space after few minutes, it was very busy.The return was easy and comfortable.
