"Access to the car park from the M11 is very good.
However getting back to my car proved a to be a long process as the bus stopped at many bus stops before reaching my one. Service could be improved if busses served fewer stops, therefore I suggest more bus stops at the airport for the certain zones in the car park.
Overall, good value for money."

"I pre booked and tried to put my card in to the entry machine but it didn't work, however on leaving there were no problems presenting my booking confirmation and ticket to the attendant. There was no information about where to pick up the return courtesy bus from, which incidentally is on the same level as the drop off, other than that everything was fine,"

"Very easy to use, well sign posted and no wait for the buses. Even though a long queue for the bus on return journey, a large number of people were able to get on due to it's size."

"Service good and attendants at the gates helpful especially as I'd made a hash of entering - actually that's one minor point - it needs to be clearer at the barrier regarding inserting your credit card or requesting a ticket - I'll know next time!

"When leaving the car at the carpark, the queue at the bus stop was extremely long and was not able to get onto 1st bus. On our return, we had to wait in excess of 30 minutes at the airport before being picked up by a bus."

"A very good efficient service. Clear instructions to find the parking, a bus was waiting to transport me quickly to the airport on arrival. The return was also good. A wait of maybe 20 mins for a transfer bus, but was dropped off very close to the car (a relief) Plus inspite of the plane being 2 hours delayed there was no extra to pay on the parking - which I was very pleased about."

"I have found the service to be extremely efficient. I pre booked my parking space by credit card on line. My bank changed my credit card before the date I intended parking my car therefore I no longer had the original card to use on arrival at the car park, to obtain a parking ticket. I contacted the car park and they told me what to do. It all ran very smothly. I was impressed."

"The car park was very full and we had difficulty finding a space to park our vehicle. The courtesy bus although an extended length, proved inadequate to pick up all the people at the bus terminus outside the arrivals zone. Definitely a need for more buses on Saturday evenings, but the price we paid to park our car for the 5 days was very competitive compared to the gate price."

"The car park was fine, and just what I needed for my short trip home. The only critisism I would make is that there was not enough information given about which bus to get on to get back to the car park. I was told after spending 20 minutes on a bus, that I was on the wrong one. There were a number of people who were in a similar position. The driver was also VERY RUDE!!
Apart from that everything was fine."

"Very smooth journey going out got to the car park and there was a bus waiting. On our return we found the signs telling us where to get the bus from could have been clearer."

"We have 2 suggestions:
1. We prepayed by card but when we arrived at Stansted we could not remember which credit or debit card we had used.
2. You must remember not just which zone you park in at Stansted (A, B, etc) but also note which bus stop to get off at or else face a long walk.
The info given by the Pink Elephant bus driver was poor in our view."

"Unable to use code on arrival, had to call at office and get advice to just take ticket as if advance payment had not been made. Presented confirmation letter on departure and alowed out.

Could not find parking ticket on return ( in event, not required). Should have noted car park location, because location reference not easy to remember (in event, instincts did not let us down). Shuttle convenient and quick."

"Everything went very smoothly both arriving and departing.
My only comment would be that the area we were directed to was very busy when we arrived and cars had started parking on the roadside - perhaps there could be some indication at the entrance to give an idea of how many spaces are still free."

"It all went well. The bus arrived on time etc though it was a bit full on outward journey. My fear always is that I have to wait 20 minutes for the bus and miss my flight!!!!"

"Excellent car park. Very well signposted. Bus aried withing few minutes of me parking the car. Infact on my way back from holidays I lost my carpark ticket (which allows you to exit through the barrier)but the staff at the car park was very helpful and after checking few details they let me exit without any troubles. Highly recommended car park."
