"Three problems, the drivers knowledge of English was VERY limited and people where shouting at her to repeat the location we were coming up to

Her driving was erratic with silly top speeds followed by heavy braking, consider how the vehicle was FULLY loaded with people and luggage and the way people wish to sue everyone I can see you having problems with litigation in the future

Now the big one - good system spoilt by some idiot who could not get out the car park for some reason, they were talking to your operative over the 2 way system - it went on for 10 minutes whilst the queue got bigger and bigger - your problem why was ONLY ONE BAY open - the other two bays were bollard off.

After 8 hours travelling I really liked queuing to get out the car park - WHY IS THERE ONLY ONE BAY OPEN"

"Your site is fine, but I would suggest you make it much clearer that you should not take a ticket from the machine to gain access to the long stay car park. I didn't spot this on the instructions until after I had entered the car park and parked my vehicle. It should not be the last sentence on the relevant part of the instructions but up front as, like me, many people will not read carefully to the end. In the event it did not cause too much of a problem beyond a phone call, and long wait on the phone queue to Manchester to check what to do."

"To be honest my husband & I found the site more than a little confusing! We drove around desperately looking for directions tried a barrier that failed to recognise our number plate so we assumed we were in the wrong place so far more sign posts showing your company name would be much appreciated! Other than that no problems!"

"We had the worst experience ever, the bus took 45 minutes to get from parking to airport. Driver waited 15 minutes to pick up passengers, then 15 minutes on the next stop, despite the bus being full, and then another 15 minutes drive into the airport. This is despite them telling us that buses run every ten minutes, which is a lie. With the long queues through security, this meant we missed our flight by a minute, costing us an extra £200 to book the next flight. No help from anyone in this airport, it seems they are just doing their jobs for the sake of it, no one is nice and no one gives you the right information. The security people are the worst, just slow and inconsiderate. Will avoid this parking and this airport in the future."

"Normally use Mid Stay - no issues but thought we would try the Long Stay to see if the saving was worth the extra transfer time etc.
Well it isn't. The transfer times were not in fact the problem but the poor signage was not good - required a lot of guesswork and round the island a few times. The main problem was, however, as reported by others recently the problems on exit. Every car we saw including our own had problems at the barrier with the machine requiring the full daily rack rate of £20 despite the pre-payment evidence etc. Because there were so many with problems the on site operators could not cope and we were waiting ages. Glad it was mid Saturday afternoon and not late at night.
Mid-Stay for me next time - better run and no issues."

"Bus took forever to get us to our car, as it was combined with jetparks who got dropped off first, despite them being the cheaper option. Then bus driver closed the door on me bruising my arm as I got off. I'm disabled, but he made no allowance for me getting off slower than other passengers. No apology from driver.

After having taken over an hour on the bus, and a long wait at the terminal - don't believe the stated transfer times - the exit system was flawed. As stated in many other reviews, the machine tried to charge us £280, despite having pre-paid. Yes, it was sorted by staff member after pressing help button, but as everyone seemed to be having the same problem, the queue at the exit barriers was long and it took a while to be answered once it was your turn.

This is the last thing you need at the end of your return flight, when all you want to do is go home. Why pay the extra for on-site parking when the service is so bad?"

"Delayed flight back from Malaga 28.12.15 - arrived 20.30pm
Had to wait 20 minutes for bus back to car park - fortunately it was a mild evening otherwise it would have been an unpleasant wait as there is little shelter from the wind outside the terminal building.
At the exit barriers it was chaos ! Drivers taking up to as long as 15 minutes to get through.
Put my ticket in the slot (prepaid).
The screen asked for £ 100.00. Eventually spoke to a young lady who asked me if the machine was asking for money. I told her it was; then had to go through details such as registration number, name address etc followed by a long pause (another 10 minutes) before the barrier opened. My understanding was that they had number plate recognition but this does not appear to be evident at the exit barriers. Many drivers were becoming extremely frustrated and shouting !!
This could all be dealt with in the main terminal building where your ticket is validated before returning to your car. Out-dated poorly thought through process not fit for a modern London Airport."

"We were queuing for the bus to the long stay for about 15 minutes. My wife and I were at the back of a very long queue, as were were about to board the bus an Asian male pushed past saying he was "staff". I complained that he should wait where upon the drive said he has priority, and for us to go to the rear door as there was space there. I found both the arrogance of this queue jumper, and the abrupt tone and attitude to your driver unacceptable.
I fully understand that this male needed to get on the bus, but his manner, and that of the driver fall short of my expectations.
Why didn't this male wait the 30 seconds for us to get on the bus, or for him to go back to the the rear doors?"

"I have been using this car park for years and never had a problem. It's easy to use, fair prices and the free bus takes you right outside the main terminal. Having just come back from my holiday exhausted by a long flight at 10pm I returned to my car to find I had a flat battery. I rang the car park number and an efficient operator informed that they had an AA van on site!. what a relief. Within literally 5 minutes a friendly AA guy turned up and jump started my car and I was on my way! I couldn't quite believe my luck! I am not sure if I was just lucky but once again the long stay car park @ stansted airport exceeded my expectations. Will continue to use and thoroughly reccomend. :>)"

"Car park was easy to find and easy to use however we had to wait awhile for the coach to collect us as by the time it had arrived to our stop was full already. Then 2 came along around 15 minutes later (typical of buses).The fast track tickets were worth it as well .Will look in to using you again next time we use Stansted. Thank you"

"Instructions to find long stay parking in Stansted was very good so was easy to find. Was accepted and ticket issued as per instructions found parking easy, bus to airport good.
On return however we found the bus stop to go back to long stay parking bus dropped off very nicely. Put ticket into slot the barriers wouldn't open, pressed for assistance they could not let the barrier up with me just giving the car reg. The ticket machine kept the ticket. Machine kept saying we owed £228 pounds. It is a good job that I print all the documents off and keep them with me as I had to give the reference that I got via my e mails. Once we had done this the man let the barriers up. This took about 15 to 20 minutes as the man could not understand what I was saying. With cars behind me getting inpatient it was a bit stressful. Other than that it was good."

"Parking on arrival was seamless however despite having prepaid I was concerned that when I entered my ticket into the machine at the exit barrier I was told that I owed £171.
This delayed my exit as I had to discuss this with staff on the help line.
This may have been a problem as a number of other vehicles were also stuck at the barrier with drivers getting out to get what I presume was their documents from their car boot. Once I spoke to staff the problem was resolved and I managed to exit the car park."
