"On arrival to the Long Stay Car Park I found that I was unable to use my credit card as I had booked the parking space the previous night and was told that my details were not on "the system" which in this day and age seems to be a bit rubbish. Other than that, the shuttle coaches were regular and the drivers polite and I would use the facilities again."September 22, 2007
"Good car park. Swift transfer to airport. Bus driver a little disillusioned as to how much space there was on the bus, and kept urging people to keep getting on despite the fact it was full to bursting. On the way back the bus driver didn't heed the bell being rung d several people had to get off a stop after their actual stop."September 22, 2007
"I find this facility overpriced for the service on offer. You are directed into a zone where you can be one of a dozen vehicles searching for a single parking space, only to find later that in your exuberance to secure the single empty space you have crossed swords with the family who not only sit behind you on the plane but ultimately finish up in the adjacent room to you in your resort. The wait for terminal pick up on return can be between instant and eaternity."September 21, 2007
"Plenty of parking available and very easy to get transport to/from airport. Just could make car spaces a little bit larger to allow people to get through 2 cars with ease. As had a few scrapes on the car from bags etc. But apart from that a very happy with service."September 21, 2007

"A very good alround experience. Booking on line was simple and quick. Following a drop off at the terminal building i did wonder where I was going as I went back out onto the A120! A few more signs along the road would help. Instructions at the parking entrance were clear and concise and the ticket was issued without delay on inserting the credit card I had booked with. Parking the car was OK although the spaces are VERY tight. The bus service on this occasion was excellent - I parked in Blue Zone area G and there was a bus waiting at the stop. On our return terminal staff advised on the correct bus stop. The bus was waiting as we arrived and we collected our car exited without delays or any problems. "Booking, parking, transport from carpark to airport excellent. However, on return, excessive delay between buses caused massive over-crowding. Signage on exiting Stansted arrival hall too small, inadequate and on posts. Additional, larger, hanging signs, would overcome."September 21, 2007

"Finding the car park and a parking space and the transfers to and from the airport was very good.
The whole good experience was let down by the entrance barriers not excepting my credit card. To sort this out took about 10 minutes. Last year the confirmation slip also included the last numbers of the credit card that was used for the booking. This year this was missing. Perhaps this could be reinstated as a reminder."

"personally, my experience was as good as it can get. parking space shown to me. quick bus to terminal. because i had pre booked and all the flights were on time i only had to put in my ticket and off i went.
the only thing that frequently annoys me is sitting infront of someone who has not got organised, put in their ticket then needs and then leaves the car to look for help."
"We have used this service several times and found it very good. We returned from Ireland yesterday evening and got off the bus to collect our car then could not remember where we parked it and eventually got back on one of the buses again to look in another one of the zones and the driver came and spoke to us asking if we were OK and explained that we could not remember in Zone Z where our car was and he asked for our card and phoned through and found out what zone we was in. He was very helpful and we thanked him and found the car straight away. We were very impressed that he was so willing to help and if it was not for his help we could have been wandering around for hours. The buses are efficient and well organised. "The process of finding the car park, parking up and exiting the car park is all very good and straight forward. Also, when I arrived at the car park, a bus arrived quite promptly to take us to the terminal.
However, on the return journey, there were a large number of people at the terminal trying to get back to the car park, and the buses were not so frequent. My flight landed at 6.40pm and I was not at my car until 8.10pm, due to queues. It would be great if the buses could be made more frequent at busier times."

Minor improvement - a large clear sign at the terminal exit to show the location of all the bus stops for the various parking areas - not colours. Several people were milling about with their luggage asking questions."
"Thank you for this opportunity to give you feedback on our experience of using your parking facilities at Stanstead. Our outbound journey was on Tuesday 11th September and I can say that parking and getting to the terminal building were no problem at all.
The same cannot be said for our return to the UK yesterday. We arrived back at Stanstead on-time thanks to Ryanair at around 5.30. By the time we arrived at the long term bus stop it was just before 6 pm. Our experience from this point on was appalling. There was a very long queue waiting for the car park transfer buses – so many people that the separate queues for the three colour zones became mixed. Having waited for around 20 minutes, a bus for our colour zone arrived, people were literally crammed into it – the doors having to be re-shut several times until people were not spilling out. We were unable to get on this first bus and therefore had to wait in what was becoming increasing cold conditions for a further 20-25 minutes or so. We finally got to the car at around 7pm – an hour after arriving at your bus stop.
So apart from our experience with your company we did enjoy our trip, a pity the car parking spoilt it.
We were told by one of your employees that the same thing happened every night when several flights arrived at the same time and your company does not have the capacity to deal with these peaks. Unless you can re-assur us that this would not happen again we will probably look for alternative arrangements in future"
"This is my usual company for booking parking for a pipe band. Resonse this time was that buses were infrequent and this caused delay and overcrowding.

"thank you for your email. I was going to contact you today to say how shocking the delay and queue was at about 1800hrs on Tuesday 18th Sept for the blue car park for pink elephant. i saw TWO eparking coaches come and go and also TWO red buses come and go.......the wait was about 45 mins in a long unhappy line.........some passengers who did not get on the same bus as us, as there were over a 100 people waiting were quite abusive and rude when we got on the bus and they did not! It was not a good experience and i am not sure if i will do it again. pity as before it has always been such a good service"September 19, 2007

"No problems whatsoever. Good, careful, informative drivers. Clear instructions. Everything well signposted and good instructions via Internet to arrive at car park. Very, very long queue but one bus turned up directly after another so not too long to wait. Do suggest leaving plenty of time to get to terminal though, just in case."September 18, 2007
