"We have used the pink elephant car parking service many times and always have found it to be very convenient. I always pay online which appears to speed up entry and exit. There are generally buses waiting when we are either arriving or departing - probably the longest we have had to wait was 5 minutes. I would recommend the service to others who like to park their car themselves and not hand car keys over to an unknown person."

"1. On arrival the zone to park in was not signed adequately. It was difficult to find a space.
2. Buses to terminal were overcrowded and there was a long wait (several full buses went past without stopping)
3. On return there was a huge queue for buses. When a bus did arrive (eventually) it stopped half way down the queue so those at the head of the queue could not get on. The queueing system is rubbish.

I would think twice before using pink elephant again."

"Have used this car park on numerous occasions, am quite pleased with the facilities and service.
Only negative of the return bus journey on this trip was overcrowding of shuttle bus resulting in a rather difficult disembarkment of luggages at the first stop."

"Excellent regular clean bus service in both directions.

Passengers should remember colour and letter as signing on airport frontage is confusing.

Could you arrange for beeter signing after the M11?
Comimg from the north, very easy to miss signs to long stay, if they exist at all. Like many we drove on and were redirected back towards the M11"

"Good experience, especially booking online, except at the barrier. Having already prepaid we pressed the wrong button and received a ticket which resulted in queuing on our return. Please could extra signage be put up for 'silly' folk to know what button to press!"

"Service was good, very happy. But why do the bus drivers sit at the terminal bus stop with their engines running (for 15 minutes in our case)? If it's to keep the heaters running it's pointless as the doors were all open. It's very environmentally unfriendly and unneccessary too."

"There are two bus stops on car park Z3. Make sure you stand at the first stop, as, if the bus fills there, it will drive past the second one, no matter how many people happen to be waiting there. At busy times there are insufficient buses.
On the plus side, it's not that expensive, if you book well in advance, and is easy to find from the M11."

"very simple to use pre-booking system, saving 10%. buses to and from the airport are regular. i have used the long stay car park for the last 3 years, travelling each time with 3 children (were 7, 9 & 12 the first time). no problems experienced. may be worth the driver going to fetch the car while the rest wait for the bags to arrive - cuts waiting time and crush on bus after some flights."

"Booked via internet - easy to book.
On arrival credit card recognition failed. was issued with a ticket. Had to ask staff what to do next. Very confusing though staff helpful.
Bus pick up good from carpark.
Return journey a real nightmare. Unable to locate right bus stop to use. Many other people in the same boat!!It was midnight on a Saturday. Bus packed like sardines due to volume of users and lack of buses. No organisation as it should be the last drop off people should get on the bus first and so on. We had to get off the bus with our luggage several times to allow others to get off. The driver of the bus was shutting the doors with us off the bus. We nearly lost our son!! From gettig to the bus stop to our car took almost 90 minutes!! I will be using Luton Airport in future."

"hi, re: Pink Elephant: everything was good,except on exit, no one could see which lane to go in. there was a poster in the link coach which did explain and i happened to see it (behind the suitcases!). but really, better signs before the exit areas would have helped us all."

"it was not very nice. We had to wait more than 20 minutes for the long stay bus at 11.pm with two children in the col and it was not a very nice experience!!!!!! there should be more buses running!!!!"

"there were a hugh number of people arriving on 20/10 in the early morning, so I was pleased when extra buses turned up quickly. Likewise the return to the car was prompt on 27/10. That, apart from security of parking is the most important feature, that there is no hanging around waiting for transfers."

"At 4 in the morning - I was a little slow to realise I could put in my credit card and NOT PUSH THE BUTTON FOR A TICKET thus I worried all the time I was away that I may be charged twice for parking.

This was easily resolved on my return, but I did worry!"

"On return was horrified at length of queue for buses to car park. A lot of confusion too.
When bus arrived, we did somehow manage to get on it although there was a large number of people behind us who didn't.
Bus extremely crowded. Not the best way to finish a holiday!"
