"I pay £145 for the premium service 11 days away. Because I have v small children. We arrive at night baby and preschooler in tow and then am told I have to go find a pay machine to pay another £5 fee to leave the airport. Are you joking? This is not a premium service! A Premium poor service - yes definitely. I also think this may be a scam by the guys giving you your car so if this is so please sort this out. Apparently 'the guys who bring your car back in the orange car park (premium) are shady" told to us by the guy taking our car on the drop off. Suffice to say not an experience I would like to repeat!"

"Very easy and pleased that this service operates right outside the terminal building and not in the car park below this building, which so many other operators use, mainly on the return collection. We called when 20 minutes away but had to wait 10 mins or so for the collection at the start of our holiday. 5 min wait for car to be delivered when we returned. We will use again"
