"Car drop off perfect and car pretty much ready and waiting on arrival back. ONe slight hiccup the car was delivered with a flat front tyre which I had to change before making my way from the airport to home in Peterborough. Within 10 yards of driving the car it was apparent the front tyre was too flat to drive and with an alloy front wheel there was considerable imminent damage had it been driven further than the distance from the aiport to the services area."

"I found this to be an excellent arrangement. The company were extremely professional, pleasant and efficient. The real bonus is to be able to unload your luggage at the entrance to the airport without the need to handle it several times during the process of getting on and off buses from the long stay car parks. I also thought that the cost involved was very good value and I have now recommended this service to my friends who will be travelling from Stansted
to Germany in February. My thanks to all concerned in making this a remarkably easy and comfortable form of parking my car. Regards from a very happy customer."

"Service was ok and the people were great until I came back.
My flight was delayed 6 hours so we landed at 2am instead of 8.30 pm.
I tried to contact them but I just got an automated call system that went round and round.
What I didnt know was that they have ANYBODY working between 1am and 3am.
We ended up staying in a hotel till the morning.
They did try contact me at 3.30am, but by then I was asleep.
The guy next days was most curtious, but I was annoyed, and £200 out of pocket!.

"On my arrival to the airport I was very impressed with the promptness and simplicity of the process.

However, on my return my flight was delayed my approx 2 hours. I phoned the given number and left a message to inform them that I would be late. I did not hear back.

On my arrival, I tried to call the number and was informed that the office was closed. I therefore had no way of getting in touch with the company. There were no staff present at the designated area. I just by chance met a couple who had used the same company who were having the same problem. They then received a phonecall from the company and so kindly let me speak to them. They clearly had no intention of getting in touch with me and seemed surprised to hear from me.

Furthermore, my car wasn't even in the car park! So I had to wait another 30 minutes in the freezing cold for my car. The company obviously didn't even bother to check when my flight was due to arrive, otherwise they could have been more organised.

So overall I was extremely disappointed after the process started so well and would be reluctant to use the company again."

"The real problem with the service is it's inflexibility. On drop off we arrived 30 minutes early and was told to wait in a petrol station till the right time.
On pick up we had to wait 10 minutes in the rain because the driver had taken the keys to get another car.

"Collection of our car on departure was very good however its return on arrival was very disappointing. For some reason the retiring shift didn't prepare our car so the new team didn't deliver it. It took over an hour from us making the arrival call to receiving the car. It was very frustrating to see other people on our flight turning up at the collection point later than us but finding their cars waiting for them. I don't believe they followed instructions to call in once they had collected their baggage as we did but that they called in as soon as the aircraft had landed.
If there is a next time we'll do the same.

The man who was in charge at the airport deserves credit for sorting out the problem and taking my husband's frustrated comments with good grace."

"Pick up and Drop off the car went very well. Although there was some confusion with the booking. I was booking for the 24th to the 29th and have also been billed for the same time period. But it seems like that the actual company you was supposed to pick up my car from the airport, did receive a booking for the 25th till the 29th. Not sure what went wrong. I would recommend to call the parking company before to make sure that the dates are saved correctly in their system.

Summary: I don't know what would have happened if I hadn't called them in advance to confirm dates. In my case all went well and the service was prompt and excellent even though our flight back to Stansted was delayed."

"to all the people who are thinking of using airport parking. I suggest meet and greet are the BEST!
Just recently took my kids to Amsterdam for a short break and they`re great if kids can`t be bother to walk.
There is no waiting for buses or carting luggage around looking for your car."

On our return, the ' phones were down ' meaning we could not contact the rep to get our car back. We waited 20minutes outside the terminal before being called by the rep.
This service is supposed to be ' bespoke ', hence the extra cost.
It is not."
