Transfer is not required as this is a meet and greet service and you will be met at the airport terminal directly.
Directions
Follow signs to Stansted Airport from all major roads. On approach to the airport follow signs for Express Set Down, then please follow the arrival procedure as described on your airport parking booking confirmation email.
Arrival procedure
Follow signs for Express Set Down which is located directly outside the terminal building up on the forecourt. Drive along to the area marked zone C located centrally on right hand side of the terminal road.
If there are any changes to the meet point you will be advised when you call Keir Allan.

Return procedure
Please collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling Keir Allan to have your car delivered. It is essential to make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles to ensure a prompt delivery of your car. Please remain on the same level as departures.
Due to new tariffs on the forecourt, your car is unable to be on the forecourt for more than 10 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car and exit the forecourt within the 10 minute period, otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees (£50 over 10 minutes).

High perimeter fencing with coded gates, CCTV. The car park is also manned 24 hours a day by dog patrols.
Additional information
A fee of £7 will be payable by the customer to cover airport forecourt access fees on arrival and £7 will be payable by the customer at the barrier, as a forecourt exit fee, on their return.
