"I turned up 30 minutes early and was told that it was no problem. Driver turned up within a few minutes and was very polite.
Signed a receipt and was on my way.
On return trip it was the same. Spoke to a lady and my car was with me within minutes.
Everyone very polite and will definately use in future."

"Excellent and prompt service...shame that the car was obviously parked somewhere that was very muddy - wheel arches were caked in it. However staff were great, service efficient and I was told the car might be a bit dusty on its return..."

"This was the first time I used meet and greet parking, overall I was very happy with the service. However there was some lose change missing that I left in my car below the dashboard, not sure if this was taken to pay for the ticket for me exit the car park?? Also the car was filthy dirty. there was mud splashed all around the vehicle, not sure where the car had to be driven to when it weas dropped off by myself? but the dropping off and picking up part I was very pleased with."

"Loved the convenience and the polite and helpful staff. Would have got a 5 but for mud up the side of the car and inside from the boots of the chap who delivered it back to us at the airport. I'd ude them again though definitely."

"Absolutely bril! Definitely use these guys, they even return promptly (and cheerfully)when you find that you have left your passport,insurance papers and boarding pass in the door pocket. Friendly, extremely helpful and worth every penny of their competitive fee."

"We were pleased that we booked used this meet & greet system @ Stansted- it all went very smoothly
I must add that 21st Dec & 26th were errie-lly quiet at the airport & not the usual madhouse,but we intend to use the system again & test it at a busier time.
Must mention I was baffled when our car was taken by someone from Meteor & not Aardvark as per booking form but as she had all my details ,assumed it was safe ."

"Dropping the car off at stansted was fine but picking the car up was not.
It was cold and wet and we had a 15 minute delay waiting for the car.
This is not ideal when you have had a day travelling and just want to get home.
You need to improve your pick up times as calling once you have cleared customs and collected your bags still results in this delay.
Will think twice about booking again"

"First time I rang to say I was 10 mins away from Stansted I couldn't get through - other than that the service was very good. Efficient handover, no waiting around; the man who returned my car at the end of my holiday was particularly thorough re directions away from the pick-up area.
I would be even more pleased if the price was a bit lower!"

"This system worked brilliantly when we arrived at the airport. Parking right outside departures and having the car taken immediately was hassle-free. On our return, however, the phone instructions were inadequate and we wasted twenty frustrating minutes standing in the wrong place. So did the guy with our car so a better system would involve an exchange of mobile numbers to enable the car deliverer to find out why his client had not appeared. Better still - more carefully worded instructions which do not spring from an assumption that the client has flown from that airport before."
