"The booking system on-line and the follow-up emails were good. The only real problem was finding the car park where we were due to leave the car. Our satnav took us somewhere, but not to the SO50 9HT postcode. There were no signs anywhere to re-assure us that we were going in the right direction. We got directions by phone but even after arriving we had to ask a parked coached driver if we were in the right place! Thereafter all went well. We were delivered to the short stay car park and told we should be at the same place for the subsequent return journey. The baggage collection at the airport was much quicker than anticipated so our 'pick-up' phone call was made rather later than it could have been. It meant we had a bit of a wait for the car but that was our fault.
The system is a good one and we will probably use it again. How do we find out the short stay car park charges so we can compare costs?
