Info

Arrival procedure

Robin Hood airport now operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition system (ANPR), please DO NOT insert a credit/debit card into the car park barrier as you will be charged again. Please enter your car registration at the time of booking to ensure that you have a hassle free parking experience.

Please follow the directional signs for the Premium Car Park and Control Point 1. On the road towards the Premium car park you will pass through one set of barriers. Please proceed slowly whilst the barrier reads your number plate. The ANPR system will read the vehicle registration plate and automatically issue you with a ticket. Remove the ticket, and the barrier will rise allowing you to enter.

Should the system fail to recognise your vehicle or the barrier does not raise for you automatically when you arrive at the airport, please press for a ticket.
Please retain the ticket and keep it safe as you will need this to exit.

Continue forward and at the next roundabout, take the first exit, the Premium Car Park is on your right. On arrival at the Premium Car Park, the entry barrier will raise automatically - no ticket will be issued.

Info

Return procedure

On your return please drive towards the car park exit barrier and the barrier will automatically lift allowing you to exit.

Your booking will also be validated by the ANPR system on the exit lane barrier.
If you had to press for a ticket on arrival, please press the help button on the exit barrier and provide the operator with your booking reference number and Surname. The operator will then raise the barrier manually for you to exit.

If the barrier raised for you automatically on arrival, insert the original entry ticket in the exit machine, where the barrier will rise allowing you to exit.

Any additional stay outside the pre-booked period will be charged at the standard tariff.

"service outstanding, highly recommend"

"Straightforward in every way. Close to terminal entrance, easy to find space, everything was very clear in regard to booking and parking. Just a little but concerned as not sure if we will be charged for another day, plane was delayed a little but this meant that we went past midnight on our day of departure rather than just before midnight. As this was not our fault I hope we won't be charged for another day. Hope to use this parking again."

"I was told I didn't need a ticket as the system would recognise my no plate this didn't happen as on entry to and exit I had to leave my car to speak to attendant through a very poor intercom system to gain access. Parking slots were small meaning letting passengers out of car before parking. Nothing 'premium' about this service. the main car park would have been cheaper and was just as close."
