"Pathetic and annoying. I booked and paid for Premier parking and have receipt confirming this. On arrival I was refused access to this parking area and was informed that I had booked for long stay. No apology as informed that Park and go records showed long stay. They owe me a refund as I paid the higher cost!! Might never use them again."

"Upon arrival our number plate was not recognised so we had to wait ages at the barrier to be let in. We have a volvo estate and the spaces were not big enough to turn into and reverse in the end my wife had to lay the posts down so that we could manoeuvre in and out. When we came to leave again the barrier would not go up and it wasnt just us we had a queue in front of us waiting to get out. Not very efficient and not enough room and spaces"

"Straightforward in every way. Close to terminal entrance, easy to find space, everything was very clear in regard to booking and parking. Just a little but concerned as not sure if we will be charged for another day, plane was delayed a little but this meant that we went past midnight on our day of departure rather than just before midnight. As this was not our fault I hope we won't be charged for another day. Hope to use this parking again."

"I was told I didn't need a ticket as the system would recognise my no plate this didn't happen as on entry to and exit I had to leave my car to speak to attendant through a very poor intercom system to gain access. Parking slots were small meaning letting passengers out of car before parking. Nothing 'premium' about this service. the main car park would have been cheaper and was just as close."
