Nothing Platinum about this service. All the instructions are wrong - you go to long stay NOT short stay. You are told to phone 24 hours before, the lady told me not to bother but to ring 15 minutes before arrival at the airport. The lady who took the car away looked untidy and dodgy and didn't fill me with confidence. Then on returning to Doncaster at 5.30am, I phoned continually for 45 minutes, getting very stressed thinking the worst, before a sleepy voice finally answered and told me they had been driving and would be there in 5 minutes! No apologies and 20 minutes later our car appeared. After a smooth punctual flight this is the last thing you need for a tired family of four. Don't try and save a few quid - use the official airport parking, we will be doing next time. The airport don't have anything to do with Platinum Meet and Greet and couldn't help me when I was panicking.

This service was non-existent; no one answered the phone, no one turned up, no one apologised; no offer to give money back, in fact no anything. Stay away from this company.

Awful experience! Did everything I was asked. Phoned day before and then on way to airport started phoning a so called “24 hour” contact number, which just went to an answerphone. 30 minutes after our arrival at airport, and 5 or 6 still unanswered calls, with no one there to meet us, and needing to check in, we had to make the decision to park our car in the long stay car park. A female representative phoned us when we were in the airport (checking in), about 40 minutes after my 1st phone call. On top of what we paid Platinum Parking, for a service we did not receive, we then paid a further £75 on our return yesterday. We were not the only people that morning at Doncaster Sheffield Airport who were unable to contact Platinum Parking on their “24 hour” contact number!!! If you stipulate 24 hours, then it should be exactly that!!! We were left wondering if this company actually did exist, had I been scammed and, if they had actually met us, would we have still had a car on our return home. Very stressful, very upsetting and a truely awful experience. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY (if they exist?????). I also saw no evidence of any of their representatives/employees at the airport on our return, otherwise I would have had a conversation about our experience!!!!!!! STAY CLEAR OF BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY (if they actually exist!!)

This is by no means a platinum service. My car was returned filthy like it had been just jumped in a field under a tree and we had to wait as it was not there when we arrived back.
I would never use this service again.

pointless to use this "company" as the meet and greet at the airport is MUCH MUCH simpler,will DEFINATELY not use again!!!!

Very impressed with the service. I rang 15 minutes before arriving at the airport and the lady was there to meet us as we arrived. The lady was there to meet us again on our return, no waiting around. I would highly recommend & definitely use this service again.

You have to call them before you arrive to airport but they never answer phone... Totally waste of money. I had to pay for parking on airport. Avoid at any cost.

Very good and the people very nice but because my English not too much good I cannot understand good when i call them and i cant know where i can but or park my car in air port thank you

They where shocking. Would have been quicker to leave my car at long stay. Had to wait 20 minutes the first time round for them to collect my car and then when I arrived back in the county I had to wait 30 minutes. Never again.

we have used Platinum Meet and Greet before with no problems so decided to use again. drop off went well with no problems and minimal wait. however upon arriving back to uk at 2.05 am (1/2 hour early) and getting through customs to ring (as told to on notes provided) we got a not available tone. after 5th or 6th try (now 2.45 ) we eventually got through to an answer machine (ok probably on another job) and left a message and waited. rang again every 10 mins or so (again having to ring 4 or 5 times before getting answer machine and ringing mine from my wifes to make sure not our end) we got an answer at 3.25 (trying to get through and getting answer machine for nearly 50 mins) got a sleepy answer saying had we cleared customs to which we replied we were the last from our plane left standing around. when car delivered nearly an hour after first try at calling we were told problem with their phones. THEY NEED A LANDLINE AS WELL AS MOBILE IF THEY HAVE THESE PROBLEMS. an hour at 3 am is not good enough for a meet and greet service with minimum apologies .

Absolutely fantastic service. Greeted by a lovely lady straight across from departure, who took out car from us, and she was there again as soon as we came out of arrivals. Would highly recommend.

Not a good experience. Couldn't find the representative upon arrival. Went to meet and greet area. Found another customer who had been waiting awhile. We both then saw the meet and greet signs so I followed them. They the informed me I was not booked in with them, but kindly let me stay. Far too confusing having the company name the same when travelling on your own. I phoned and told the representative I wouldn't be needing her service as I was now booked in and she replied oh I was about to ring you I wondered where you were. I had phoned 15 mins previously when I could pull in safely after leaving motor way.
