The car park is opposite the terminal within easy walking distance.
Please check your confirmation email as instructions may vary.
Robin Hood airport now operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition system (ANPR), please DO NOT insert a credit/debit card into the car park barrier as you will be charged again. Please enter your car registration at the time of booking to ensure that you have a hassle free parking experience.
Upon arrival at the car park, drive up to the entry barrier. The ANPR system will read the vehicle registration plate and automatically issue you with a ticket. (Please wait about 20 seconds for this process.) Remove the ticket, and the barrier will rise allowing you to enter. Please retain the ticket and keep it safe as you will need this to exit.
Should the system fail to recognise your vehicle or the barrier does not raise for you automatically when you arrive at the airport, please press for a ticket.
Please check your confirmation email as instructions may vary.
On your return to the airport, please collect your vehicle and drive to the exit barriers.
If you had to press for a ticket on arrival, please press the help button on the exit barrier and provide the operator with your booking reference number and Surname. The operator will then raise the barrier manually for you to exit.
If the barrier raised for you automatically on arrival, please insert the original entry ticket in the exit machine, where the barrier will rise allowing you to exit the car park.
Any additional stay outside the pre-booked period will be charged at the standard tariff.
This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking.
Cars are parked at their owners' own risk, subject to the terms and conditions of the car park.

Booking on line was really easy. Directions were given to long stay parking, which was easy to find ( we’ll sign posted). Plenty of parking spaces available. Car park looked well secure with cameras and high fencing. There was also good lighting on the returning back from travelling. Was given some graze for leaving the car park ( the plane was 1hour late). Overall well pleased.

Brilliant the best airport in the country

Intially the ANPR didn't recognise my number plate after driving up to the barrier. It gave me a ticket but it didn't have my full reg number. So had to reverse and try again. It did finally recognise my full number plate and after that all was fine. Car park was clean and easy enough to navigate. Not particularly cheap but easy to get into terminal.

All went well. It's great to park right in front of the airport and not rely on buses to ferry you to the terminal.

All went very well - we had however to ask for help leaving and give all the booking details, car reg. and names to the female operator before the barrier was raised. i dont know if you had some problems with the ticket we inserted in the machine?
