"The directions to the airport were circuitous and in my view unnecessary. The parking area fine but the exit procedure slow cumbersome and amateur. Look at the Stansted (and others) of using the paying Credit Card for admission through the gates and the same recognition on leaving. That it seamless and no hassle.

"First time we have used Doncaster Airport and the whole experience was very pleasant. I booked the car parking on-ine and was very impressed with how quick and smooth the booking sysem was. The car park was excellent and so close to the terminal it was no hassle whatsoever.
On our return from Malta on Tuesday 26th June I went to validate our ticket and used the ticket machine, when it asked for a fee I obviously realised I had not followed the procedure correctly so I went to the transport enquiry desk for advice.
I would like to point out that the woman behind the counter needs her 'customer care' skills addressing. There were three people already at the desk being attended by one woman so I stood in the queue to wait my turn. Another assistant came to the desk, she never said 'may I help you?', she just gave me a look so I asked politely if I could have my ticket validated. She never uttered a word but took my ticket. I made a joke about putting in the machine and she gave me a withering look and said 'it states quite clearly on the ticket that you need to bring it here'. I was taken aback by her rudeness so didn't make any retort back. She handed my ticket back without a thank you or anything. I then asked her if she could tell me where I could return my luggage trolley and she just pointed in a general direction and said over there.
I was very tired after travelling otherwise I would have questioned her rudeness. We had just had a lovely holiday in Malta where the people were so pleasant and friendly and I really feel that this advisor put a damper on the day.
In any service industry customers are paramount and if this advisor doesn't realise that without customers she wouldn't be in that job then I think she needs to be re-trained. There are plenty of people who would like a job in a clean environment so if she feels she is above it then she needs to move on. I wish I had looked at her name badge now but she was slim with medium blonde hair cut in a bob.
I am a professional, intelligent woman who works in Local Government and I value people.
However, overall the experience was excellent and we will definitely use Doncaster airport again."
"We arrived at the airport on a bright dry early morning when we could just about read the various directional signs. I would imagine that had we been due on a dark wet day we could well have missed our way. I really feel this needs addressing. The car park itself is OK but we arrived back on a very wet and windy day along with a lot of other older people - some not so quick at walking. "Very handy location - they are not lying when they say it is opposit the terminal building! The only thing that caused confussion was the lack of sign from BCP the company we booked through so we ended up driving round twice to make sure we were in the right place. "It was just a dram as it is the first time we had flown from Doncaster and we will be certain to use it again.
One thing and it is only a small thing could you increase the time you are allowed to leave the car park once you have had you ticket authorizeed from 15 min to say 30 min."
"Airport parking security at Robin hood airport is non-existent. Leave your car there at your own peril.
We parked close to the terminal of Robin hood airport in a well lit area which we assumed was patrolled 24 hours and would have cctv .
We came home to find that the car had been 'keyed' down the left-side . If that wasn't bad enough a short while into our journey we discovered that the car was running on empty which was a bit odd considering we had filled up on the way to the airport. On closer inspection we found that the automated petrol lock had been tampered with - You could clearly see where someone had used a screw-driver to get to the petrol tank.
The thought that someone was able to spend sometime tampering with a car left in a supposely safe secure environment has completely spoilt the holiday for us .If it has taught us one lesson just for the peace of mind we will be booking airport taxis in future -It will be worth it!!"

"I found the parking of cars on arrival to be quite straight forward however as I am a disabled driver there were not enough disabled parking bays as the far end of the parking lot was blanked off
There was quite a confusion when leaving the car park for pre paid customers as although there are some small print instructions it could be made clearer at the terminal or on the ticket or bold instructions on the confirmation letter."
"Easy to find open air facility. Exit signs are confusing being written only on the ground. Witnessed several drivers trying to find the exit and getting lost in the process.
