Booking on line was really easy. Directions were given to long stay parking, which was easy to find ( we’ll sign posted). Plenty of parking spaces available. Car park looked well secure with cameras and high fencing. There was also good lighting on the returning back from travelling. Was given some graze for leaving the car park ( the plane was 1hour late). Overall well pleased.

Intially the ANPR didn't recognise my number plate after driving up to the barrier. It gave me a ticket but it didn't have my full reg number. So had to reverse and try again. It did finally recognise my full number plate and after that all was fine. Car park was clean and easy enough to navigate. Not particularly cheap but easy to get into terminal.

All went well. It's great to park right in front of the airport and not rely on buses to ferry you to the terminal.

All went very well - we had however to ask for help leaving and give all the booking details, car reg. and names to the female operator before the barrier was raised. i dont know if you had some problems with the ticket we inserted in the machine?

This is the most convenient and hassle free airport we have flown from. It is so easy and convenient to park then have a short walk to the airport terminal without the need for hanging around waiting on transfers. It is our airport of choice.

Very easy booking procedure and good price.
Arrival and departure from the car park was a breeze. Will definitely use it again when flying from Doncaster.

not as good as other times spent a lot of time running around looking for a space had to wait for people going home, but will be back in august so carn,t be too bad cheers

Service couldn't be simpler, drive in, drive out, plenty of spaces ( although early in the year). Would prefer £10 cheaper though!!

Easy walk to the terminal. It was very expensive, £38.99 for four days. I will shop around another time.

The booking procedure was ok. My arrival/checking in at Robin Hood car park also went well.
However on returning from holiday my checking out from the car park was delayed.
After a four hour flight and landing around midnight we got to the car and then proceeded to the exit gate; I then tried unsuccessfully to put the ticket into the machine which rejected it. By this time traffic was building up behind me! I pressed the contact button and spoke to the operative who asked a number of questions about booking reference, car reg. etc before finally being released from the car park! As you will appreciate this is not welcome after a long day and in middle of night; I still do not know what the problem was!! and it spoilt my travel experience.

Why can't all airport parking be like this? Drive in, park, 2 minute walk to the terminal, job done. What's not to like?

Book on line then just arrive park and then the holiday starts. No problem with anything a great way to begin your trip away.

Parking pricing, process, ease of access to the terminal is very good.
After exiting the parking, trying to find the route to the M180 heading East is problematic and added unnecessary time to our journey home.
We used satnav to get us to the airport which uses unsuitable roads for a nighttime or poor weather journey.
Will use again.

Booking and parking was easy and it was good to come straight off the plane into the car park.
We did however find the car park very expensive compared to East Midlands aiport which we use regularly.

Used the airport parking on several occasions always finding a disable parking bay not this time. I have difficulty walking and I could only find a parking place well away from the airport entrance. I dropped my luggage then had to find a parking space. I have been told that my parking fee was quite good at nearly £80 yet last year it only cost £43 for the two weeks, that was nearly double as I always book early. My car was as I left it so that is the best point. Will use you again as we like Robin Hood Airport..

Doncaster airport is such a breeze - small enough to be in and out in a matter of minutes. Having the car park so very close, we are on our way in no time at all. No parking elsewhere and having to use a bus or taxi to get to the car.
The booking system was easy to follow and the instructions for entering and exiting the car park were useful. It all helped with a good holiday experience.

I have never witnessed such a display of incompetence as displayed by the staff at Doncaster airport parking yesterday. The problem was caused by customers booking and paying to park in the long stay car park and being forced to park in the short stay car park due to the closure of the long stay car park. On return to the car park and attempt to exit the car park the staff were unable to locate the booking reference, the car registration number, or the name of the customers meaning that the barriers would not let customers out. All customers (the numbers of whom were growing by the minute until the whole exit was gridlocked) had evidence of their bookings yet there was not one member of staff had the brainpower to sort the situation out. A very young and inexperienced worker was sent to the gate to attempt to sort out the situation but did not have the authority or ability to open the gates. The vast majority of the customers had already experienced a significant flight delay and the incompetence of the parking staff did not help this situation at all. It took at least 30 minutes for someone to make the decision that the gates needed to be opened to solve the problem. You can imagine the growing frustration of the rapidly growing number of customers. Sort this problem out Doncaster as it is not a first, the long stay car park was also closed at Christmas, your customers will fly from other airports if this situation is typical of the service at your airport. Improved staff training required so that they are not asking for customer details over and over again when they are clearly stood there with the evidence in their hand. Very, very poor service.

Hassel free service 1st class would definatley use again. Excellent rate also.

Easy to find, two minutes from terminal and with NPR very easy to enter and exit the car park.
I will use this service again in the future.
