All Mid Stay pre-booked reservations are accommodated within the NEW Short Stay Car Park at Robin Hood Airport.
You should follow the signs for the 'On-Airport' and 'Short Stay' Car Park as you approach the Airport. There are two main entrances to the new Short Stay Car Park and all are equipped with an Assistance Intercom, should you have any questions or difficulties. You may park in any available space in this area. Our Car Park Customer Care Team are on-hand to offer assistance 24/7.
The car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition system (ANPR), so please DO NOT insert a credit/debit card into the car park barrier as you will be charged again.
On arrival at the Car Park, simply drive up to the entry barrier. The ANPR system will read the vehicle registration plate and automatically issue you with a ticket. (Please wait about 20 seconds for this process). Remove the ticket, and the barrier will rise allowing you to enter.
Please retain the ticket and keep it safe as you will need this to exit. Should the system fail to recognise your vehicle or the barrier does not raise for you automatically when you arrive at the airport, please press for a ticket.
On return to the airport, please collect your vehicle and drive to the exit barriers. There is no requirement to 'validate' your ticket before leaving the terminal building.
Please insert the original entry ticket in the exit barrier and wait whilst the ANPR system reads your vehicle registration and ticket. The barrier will then rise allowing you to exit.
If the system failed to recognise your vehicle when you arrived at the airport, please press the help button on the barrier and provide the operator with your pre-booking reference number and surname. The operator will then verify your booking details and raise the barrier manually for you to exit.
Although you no longer need your booking confirmation voucher, you are advised to bring it in the event of system failure.

The car park has a ‘self-park’ policy, which park your own car and keep your keys.
There are no height restrictions; however, please note that they do not allow trailers or coaches.
Any vehicles requiring more than one space must be booked via the call centre.
Any additional stay outside the pre-booked period will be charged at the standard drive-up tariff.
Disabled spaces are allocated upon arrival at the car park. Please note that these are subject to availability.
