"The only thing I found wrong, was you have to walk from one end of the airport to the other in order to phone in your arrival, then walk all the way back to get the bus. Great if you are 20, not so much fun perhaps at 70"October 3, 2007
"WE ARRIVE AT BELLAIR AT 4-30AM,THE CHAP WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND WAS EXPECTING US WISHING US A HAPPY HOLIDAY.ON RETURN THE BUS DRIVER NEVER SPOKE TO US AND I WAS TOLD THAT IF MY CAR WAS NOT PARKED OUTSIDE IT WOULD STILL BE IN THE UNDERCOVER PARKING AND JUST TO FIND IT MYSELF.I HAVE ALLWAYS USED BELLAIR AND WAS SUPRISED AS THE CAR IS USUALLY PARKED OUTSIDE WAITING FOR ME.I WILL CONTINUE TO US BELLAIR IN THE FUTURE THOUGH A BIT DISSAPOINTED WITH THE RETURN PICK UP."October 2, 2007

"No problems at all with the service at Bellair car park. We have used this service a number of times now and have never been disappointed.
The only snag was the distance I had to walk to get to the telephone when we arrived back in Newcastle. Had to go outside and walk the full length of the airport, then go back in to get to the phone as there were long queues in the departures which you couldnt get through with a trolley full of cases. I believe this is the fault of the airport and not Bellair."

"I was very impressed. I have not used your services before. Our plane was very late coming in on our return and yet you were there in minutes to collect us.
My only comment is when leaving the car with you , I told to leave the keys in the ignition, now as it is a jag, I thought of risk assessment and thought it would be safer handing them to your man at the desk. It would be so easy to sneak round the corner and take it.
I will use you again and reccommend you to our friends.
I asked your man a question which he could not answer in relation to your rates for the week. He did not know and I thought it would be helpful if staff could be informed of your charges so they can answer questions and promote your excellent services with more knowledge and efficiency.

"Arrived at 2.30am and was greeted well, and my vehicle booked in promptly with no fuss, taken straight away to the airport, 5 mins drive and dropped off at the terminal. On return was collected promptly and returned to the parking area to find my vehicle ready for collection. My car was how I left it. Excellent service, the only down side to the set up is the contact phone is at the wrong end of the terminal,but not far to walk. Have used before and will use again."September 26, 2007

"Our flight was delayed by nearly 3 hours and so arrived back at Newcastle to be ready to be picked up at about 3am. The man who picked us up was very nice and friendly. However, we were just about to get into the car when another man came to speak to us. He very rudely told us firstly that we were late - funnily enough we knew this! - and secondly that we had only booked 3 people and that there were 4 of us. If we needed to pay extra money all he needed to do was politely ask us. Also our paper work stated 4 people were booked in. Very poor service at this time of night!"September 24, 2007
"Every time we fly from Newcastle airport we use "Bellair" and have done for the last 15 years. We have always had excellent service. The staff are always welcoming and don't mind if we are very early.
The only down side is there is only one courtesy phone which is at domestic arrivals. Quite a hike from international arrivals. A second phone at international arrivals would be great."

"We have used Bellair car parking for over 20 years now
as I have been very happy with the staff and transfer to the airport and hope to use it for the next 20 years. The only gripe we have is the sighting of the phone used to alert Bellair that you have landed.(at the far end of the terminal building)If this was at the pickup point or you could phone by mobile it would make it a lot better. hope this helps. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE AND SPEED PROVIDED BY YOUR OPERATIVES, HOWEVER, I DO FEEL IT WOULD BE MORE CONVENIENT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS IF THE COURTESY PHONE WAS LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS AREA. AS IT IS AT THE PRESENT, AN INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL HAS TO WALK THE LENGTH OF THE CONCORSE TO MAKE THE PHONECALL THEN WALK ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE PICK-UP POINT. AS A DOMESTIC ARRIVAL HAS TO PASS THE INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL AREA TO GO TO THE PICK-UP POINT IT WOULD MAKE SENSE TO HAVE THE PHONE LOCATED THERE,
"We left our car at Q-Park, Newcastle Bellair for a week from 12th September.
Upon arrival at the car park the paperwork was efficiently handled while our luggage was transferred from the car to the mini bus (the driver even removed it from our boot after asking our permission). We were taken immediately to the airport without having to wait for any other passengers (we were the only couple). Upon our return, the bus was dispatched immediately upon our call and arrived in the time taken to make the short walk from the terminal to the pick-up point.
Both mini buses were clean and modern with good access and friendly drivers.
It was no surprise that the service was excellent as we have used this facility many times without any problems."

"I have used Newcastle Bellair on many occasions, including those happy days back in the mists of time when you could just drive in and book, without having to go home to your computer. I find the service and its staff faultless. Either departing or returning home there are no delays, and on the homeward journey there is your car sitting waiting to drive straight off. I have one tiny quibble: when you return to the airport from abroad you have to walk the full length of the concourse to the Bellair phone, and all the way back to the pick-up point. Could a second phone not be provided at the North end? I shall always use Bellair in the future - long may it prosper without any 'improvements'."September 20, 2007
