"Little concerned that My booking wasn't recognised when I called to say we were 15 mins from Airport, (Not sure what went wrong with the booking but luckily I did have a confirmation number to quote) on arrival gentleman meeting us was very courteous and efficient, great service, reasonable cost, thank you."

"Had difficulty contacting you on approach to Manchester for departure. Line engaged first three calls. By the time I got through, I was queueing to enter Terminal 1 drop-off area. Luckily, it proved to be the correct/suitable location. I was alone, without a hands-free mobile, which made it difficult. Perhaps you could suggest somewhere to pull up that is approximately 10 minutes from airport so people in this situation can safely and timely make the requested phone call. Otherwise, service was all I expected."

"When I phone 15 minutes away they could not find the booking but were waiting for us when we arrived at departures anyway with no problems or extra hassle.
On the way back they were waiting for us as we came out even though they had only been phoned 5 minutes before and put the luggage in the car for us.
Have used meet & greet several times before (VIP and others)This time was obviously quieter than some others which helped make this the best experience so far!"

"I was very pleased with the service and would recommend it to others.
I have one suggestion - when I was met on the way out I was asked for confirmation of the return flight time and number - the form I was shown had a flight number which I assumed was correct. It turned out on my return that it was the wrong flight number. As most people will probably not know their return flight number off by heart, it may be an idea if there is a facility on the booking form to provide flight numbers. - this would avoid confusion."
