"Excellent service. Waiting for us at both ends of the journey. More expensive than a taxi though and was not pleased that the £2 charge to get out of the car park was not included in the total price as it was not optional!"

"We used MIA premier meet and greet at Manchester airport between 21 - 28th November.

The experience we had was faultless.

We have an 8 month baby and this was our first foreign holiday so wanted to ensure that it was as smooth running as possble.

The price was cheaper than expected and the service was excellent. It would be fair to say that we are highly critical and have very high expectations so there was a lot riding on the service.

Our return flight arrived earlier than we had anticipated however there was less than 10 minutes waiting time between calling MIA and them arriving in the short stay car park. It was 11.30pm and the weather was appaling, so this short wait was no problem at all.

We have previously used other companies and paid a lot of money for meet and greet and the quality of the service has been a lot less than we had with MIA.

We would recommend MIA meet and greet without hesitation.

"The meet greet service was the most effecient i have used,and was easy in its application, whereas some are a bit more complicated( you are going from departures but have to take your car to arrivals) This was as it said on the tin!! The car was not taken very far- 5 miles maximum,whereas others could be 30 miles. Value for money was excellent. because it was quite cheap i would suggest that the exit fee that we have to pay out of the carpark, should be included in the fee and then the driver is given the exit ticket and change for the ticket machine.Not all people are organised to have some gbp ready when landing to be able to pay the departure fee."

"Just got back from Portugal at midnight last night. We have used a meet & greet service before at Manchester and we had to wait 15 anxious minutes for our car to be picked up and another 15 minutes for it to be delivered back to us. We were therefore a bit wary of using another similar service, but MIA were superb. When we arrived at departures MIA were there to meet us, and the same on our return. No wait, no delay and the drivers were very friendly and helpful.

A first claas service. I wouldn't hesitate to use MIA again.

"We have used MIA meet & greet 3 times now and just once - in July this year our name was mixed up with someone elses and the wrong car was brought out, this meant we were stood around in the cold for at least 20mins, as was the driver, before i realised we were all waiting for someone, and approached the MIA rep. The correct car was then delivered.
On other occasions it has been a practical and efficient system which works very well for us. I will probably use it again."

"Simple booking process om line. Met immediately outside terminal and assisted with baggage unlaoding from car. Just had to walk across the raod and straight int othe departures area.

On my return I wasnt greeted immediately. I waited over 10 minutes trying to find my vehicle and waiting for the MIA rep to arrive which spoilt the whole return experience. Some improvements need to be made on the returns otherwise a good service."

"Despite a mix up between the booking times made via the website and the times received by the car parking service all went well. The parking company ensured a driver was at the airport to meet me at very short notice, despite not expecting us due to the earlier failure of communication. The collection of my car and later drop off was smooth with very little waiting time on my return."

"I have used Manchester MIA on several occasions now and found them to be without fault. They are punctual and polite and find the service vastly superior to normal short, medium or long stay airport parking.
Having recently used MIA at T1 in manchester i do have to admit to being slightly irritated that there was a £2.00 charge to leave the drop off car park but appreciate that it is unavoidable given the short (10 mins) free drop off and pick up time.

"I have just returned from a 14 day holiday and on the return journey my plane was delayed 3 hours. I was more than a little concerned and wondered what the delay would mean when I collected my car. I need not have worried as my car was brought to me immediately on arrival and the gentleman who delivered it was pleasant and polite.
