"First used LST2 when our booked car park was full and we were upgraded. Have used it ever since.
Book online, quote the ref no at the barrier. Couldn't be simpler.
Value for money.

"Great experience that was made by the exceptional service of your bus transfer drivers. When we parked the driver spotted that I had left my lights on, and waited for me whilst I returned to the car to switch them off - if he had not noticed I would certainly have returned to a flat battery.
Both the outgoing & returning drivers helped with our cases and were very helpful with directions etc. Your drivers made a stressful situation very easy and I would not hesitate to use this service again."

"Everything was straightforward apart from leaving. My assumption was that the pre-paid ticket would allow immediate exit This was not the case. However at the barrier it was easy to leave by quoting the reference number to the gentleman who raised the barrier. It would be better to ensure that if an extra step exists this was clear to travellers especially if, as in our case it is 3am in the morning and you want matters to be as easy as possible. The only point we could see this instruction was at the bus stop when we arrived back at the car."

"This is the third time I have used this facility and it has always been good. The only problem has been, each time, that I have had to use the call button. The method of using the credit card has not worked for me.
I have never had to wait long for transfers, whatever the time of day."

"Easy entry and exit. Really easy to find and bus service good.

Only comment of list of countries and/or operators and from which terminals they fly from. I made mistake of booking terminal 2 and flew from 1 had long walk between terminals.Could have been worse if travellators and lifts had benn out ou order."

"No problem finding the park and bus available to terminal 2. On return we had to wait about 10 mins for the bus outside in the freezing cold. No help with the bag loading, i assisted other passengers. At the exit gate the barrier would not open, so had to speak to the guy on intercom. All worked out well in the end. Would use again. Thanks."

"Excellent service - the bus to take us from the car park to the airport arrived within minutes of us parking the car. Coming home several buses were parked outside the terminal building - only issue would be that we didn't know which one to get on and the drivers were not the most approachable in offering help. Otherwise fantastic service and we will use again."

"thank you for your request for feedback. I did have an issue with Parking on friday morning and I missed my flight! I was held up for 10-15 minutes getting into the car park and then just missed the coach transfer to the terminal. I had to wait OVER the 10 minutes you advertised for the next coach. Subsequently I was 5 minutes late for last call at the check in desk. I had to buy seats on another flight. My Insurance will not help me unless I can provide proof or verification of the delay? Could you help me? (there was other traffic delay due to the weather, but the traffic agency cannot help me) I was travelling from Wirral to Airport 4:50 to 6:00 on the 10th"

"Early morning, and still dark ,we found it confusing to find the entrance, droving first into the staff carpark. Once sorted (immed help from help button), everything ran smoothly. Excellent return straight onto bus from arrivals lounge and back to car"

"I parked for 3 weeks in Jan 2012. Car Park close to the terminal 2,price was competitive, the entry/exist was with the card used for the payment. On return the bus service to the car park was good. Would recommend."
