This car park is situated very close to the airport in an ideal location. It is easy to find when leaving the M56. The coach transfer service is frequent and the drivers are friendly.

Booked through essential travel. Had to ring to give my vehicle details as the booking did not show up on my internet log in. Good directions and easy to get to. On return we helped our disabled parents to their taxi first then headed to the bus but had to wait a good 30 minutes with a very tired hungry baby before a bus arrived to take us to the car. Will pay that bit extra and stay closer to arrivals next time.

Hi, the machines at the car park had been changed cut the information printed from the booking on the website was for the old system, this was confusing and we had to ring for help. Other than that, the capark is convenient and reasonably priced

We recently used this car park for one week. Conveniently located with good bus service, however i couldn't gain access by inserting my card i booked with & had to contact the attendant to gain access. On departure, there was only one available exit & we were stuck in a queue for 20 minutes while everyone exiting had to contact the attendant as the automated system didn't work. I was requested to pay �100 to exit so had to call the attendant & quote my booking reference who then raised the barrier. I would consider other options before using this service again.

The motorway access is excellent from my home. Parking within yards of a bus stop with frequent service made connection with the terminal a good experience. Entry and exit from parking area with credit card is useful. However in my case, on leaving at the end of my stay, the machine failed to return my card although it did lift the barrier. The 'Help' department responded quickly sending an operative. He arrived without delay and retrieved my card and then left as quickly as he had arrived, not checking that my second attempt to leave was succesful. My second attempt failed to lift barrier and return my card. More help was requested and a quick return by your almost silent operative resulted in my card being returned and an arrangement made to lift the barrier remotely. This episode did not spoil my experience as I can enjoy the bizarre antics of those around me. I would recommend your services to my friends.

I like this car park as it is the nearest to the terminal. The ticket machine didn't accept my Credit Card on entry so I had to buzz for assistance & give my refernce number, which I also had to do on leaving. Last time I used the same car park I paid by Debit Card & had no problem on entry or exit. Buses are frequent so never have to wait long & the drivers are always pleasant & friendly. I would always use this car park.

Good secure car park with a good bus service and my card actually worked on the barrier this time. Will definitely use agan.

By far one of the cheapest and definately the easiest to use. So simple that I thought I was doing something wrong. Just drive up to the barrier put your card into the machine (if the card isn't recognized as mine wasn't, press the button and quote the ref' no when asked.) Once the barrier lifts, drive in and find a parking space. Wait at the bus stop for the bus which will drop you off at the terminal doors. On return catch bus present card at barrier and drive home. Make sure to make a note of where you parked. Simple. Far easier than other parks I have used. I will deffinately use again.

First time I've used this company. Absolutely fabulous parked the car and their was a bus there immediately. The same happened when we returned to Manchester got outside Terminal 2 and there was a bus there! Would definately use this company again!!

Everything allright with the parking, bays are very small though and was concerned that car may be damaged/scratched by others when parking or leaving.
Bus service good. I had to call from the barrier to gain access and to leave as the machine did not recognise my card.

An efficient and easy service. No difficulty with connections.
The only negative was the rather impersonal service via an intercom. I would have preferred the reassurance of an on site attendant.

On arrival at the long stay car park its was full so i pressed the help button on the machine and spoke to someone and was told we had been upgraded and could park in the short stay car park instead. This meant we didnt have to get the bus and could walk a short distance straight to the terminal.

After paying 40 pounds for parking we arrived to find there were no spaces. People had to park on kerbs, pavements and sections they are not allowed to park in. It was awful. We had to drive around for 40 mins and follow the arriving bus to see if someone got off who was leaving. Eventually one person left and we got lucky. Then we walked with a buggy and all our luggage to the nearest busstop only to find a sign saying that the bus would not stop there and we should walk to the bus stop at the car park entrance. This was very inconvenient with all our luggage. In summary, worst car park ever and cannot believe it was so over subscribed.

Perfect except that the credit card I booked with was not accepted in the machine.

The cost was good, but the carpark was over full on our return from holiday. We were unable to be droppped off at the correct bus stop as other cars had to park anywhere they could.We will be unsure if we will use again as we need to be sure we can park when we arrive at the carpark.

this car park was one of the worst i have used due to lack of readable signs in the park the ABC etc markings on the park are unreadable with just street lighting. lack of knowledge of the bus drivers and no car park workers on site.

HI, I WAS HAPPY WITH STAYING AT YOUR CARPARK THE BUSES WERE FREQUENT AS EXPLAINED. THE ONLY TROUBLE WE HAD WAS FINDING A PARKING SPACE OTHER WISE, GET IN AND OUT I ONLY HAD TO GIVE MY CONFERMATION NUMBER,EVERYTHING WAS OK. THAKYOU

booking the car parking space was a easy trouble free procedure,all the details were easy to download,finding the airport car park could not have been easier as the park was well sign posted upon arrival at the airport,the buses were very regular to the departures drop off zone,i would say make a note of where you park as after 2 weeks holiday its hard to find your car without parking area details,another problem we encountered was on our return to term 2,we found it hard to find the return shuttle bus,as it seems the buses only display which parks they are traveling to,all well and good when a bus is there but a pain if theres no bus.the price is very good and will be using the car park again
