I found this car park very safe and secure for my car while I was away on holiday, but when I did arrive back at 4am knackered from traveling all night I found that no internal bus would drop me and my family off at terminal 1&3 car park from the Terminal 2 Building. We had to walk to terminal 1&3 building and catch another shuttle bus to the car which is a good 20 minute walk when pushing 4 large suitcases.
In short the car was secure for a very reasonable price but the shuttle service to and from the car was very poor and I was not happy at all!!!!!!

QUICK,FAST COST EFFECTIVE WAY OF PARKING AT MANCHESTER AIRPORT.AIRPORT PARKING SHOP A PLEASURE TO USE AND WILL AGAIN.

Car park was only a 5 minute walk to the terminal, no need for the bus if the weather is fine. Used the bus goiing in to the terminal, only a 5 minute wait, walked on our return. Great price and will use again.

Easy to use, but finding a spot can be difficult. Good price in relation to offsite locations.
Lack of footpaths from terminals to car park is a draw back as the wait for transfer busses can be lengthy and from terminal it isonly a short walk.

The car parking at Terminal 3 is very convenient to the terminal and allows rapid departure from the airport. The transfer buses are regular and the drivers pleasant and helpful. An excellent service.

Car park was fine, your instructions were concise and accurate. I found the instructions at the airport were very poor as the lift didn't show what floor we needed to be on to catch the bus to the car park. We had an extended stay (due to Volcano) but even so the exit at the car park worked fine. I am expecting to be charged extra for the time we went over but would hope that the car parks don't jump on the same fast buck band wagon that everybody else seemed to during the crisis.
I will use your service again.

Excellent value for parking and no complaints with the site or service provided through the website.
In reality however this has ended up costing a lot more than originally quoted as it was prebooked on a company credit card which I did not have upon arrival at Manchester Airport. The booking did say however that the receipt for booking would be required on arrival, however this is an unmanned barrier with no on site assistance and a useless "press for help" button which only emitted an annoying noise. As a result I had to press for a ticket on arrival and ended up paying the full price.
Terminal 3 parking: Poor.

My credit card was not recognised at the entry, but with the "help" button everything went smoothly on exit

It was OK but wasn't sure where to park i thought we were supposed to be in car park 3 but took a ticket to the long stay any way. So didn't no if we would be charged again! So after holidays customer services put
us right. So in the end we were OK and we would use you again

The whole experience at Manchester airport is the worst part of our holiday, but the Airport parking is the exception fairly quick with no stress, however my debit card is never recognised at the entrance barrier.

Excellent service arrived, parked and was in easy walking to the T3 terminal. I was checking in minutes after arriving at the airport. Leaving was just as easy and I was cinfident that the vehicle would still be there.

Car park was very easy to find with clear directions. Bus frequency was not an issue as we only had to wait 3 mins. with the car park being located very close to the terminal, it took only 10 mins from the time of arriving to being at check in . Returning was just as good waited 5 mins for service bus and was back at the car 5 mins later.

Excellent facility with absolutely no problems, tranport to the terminal was prompt and friendly.

Reasonably easy to find a parking space although no guidance as to which part of the car park to head for. Quite a long wait for the shuttle bus on the way home on sunday night.

Carparking was fine. the bus pick up service when we arreived back was very poor though. we waietd 30 mins for a bus by which time there were enough people waiting to fill 2 buses. All waiting to go to the same place. We were told that at that time of night there was only one bus operating.Poor service - you must know there would hasve ben that number of people as you ask what time our return flight is when we book!

The car park was exactly where the directions said it was, although the wait for the bus seemed to be more than 15 minutes in the biting wind. However, everyting worked out fine and I would use the car park again.

The car park was in an excellent location from the terminal. We had forgotten our credit card, but had no problem accessing the car park throught the 'help' button on the secure gate. We had no problems with either entering or exiting the facility and our car remained safe and secure throughout our holiday.

Having used the Long Stay prior to this trip I remain very pleased with the service, particularly as our flight was delayed by several hours due to weather conditions and the staff at Long Stay were very understanding.
I will certainly continue to use Long Stay for our frequent trips to Portugal.

Very convenient and a good saving. Beware though. The machine failed to recognise my credit card. No problem but I had to press the help button and needed my booking reference code to get out. Make sure you have it ready. This has happened to me twice now.

On arrival barrier did not recognise the credit card that the booking had been made with, therefore barrier would not open.
Ticket had to be taken to open the barrier.
On exit again credit card not recognised had to page help and quote ref number to gain exit.
Regular traveller and only car park to have ever had problems at. poor

The T1 & T3 car park is a nightmare. The system didn't recognise my credit card so I ended up paying twice - the initial £30 something quid I was quoted and paid for plus the £75 I got charged because I had to push for the normal ticket to get out (and of course there's no one you cna talk to - "computer says no!"). As everything else in Manchester airport it's designed to make your airport experience as awkward, stressful and as rip off as possible! No logic just a gigantic hotchpotch of badly thought out unexplained systems which don't make any sense to normal people just the clowns that run the show.

I paid twice!
Once on the internet and once at the airport at the machine when leaving the airport.
Please refund the second payment of about £35.
I assumed your system was the same as the Pink elephant parking at Stansted.
There you receive a ticket on entry which has recorded your registration. On leaving, their computer system must cheque the reg against prepayment and you go through without a second payment.

this is an excellent service-to my dismay when arriving & following indtructions-our boooking not recognised-no problem-really courteous staff resolved it & no problem on exit...the shuttle bus drivers are excenllent too- dropping off at nearest spot to our car-not just 'officical' stops-we have a disabled person in our party... lovely staff made it less of an ordeal!
