"I am very dissatisfied when I booked my parking and my return flight from Gran canaries my flight left on the 11th but we arrived at 2 o'clock in the morning when we tried to exit we were told we had to pay an extra ten pounds because we didn't arrive on the 11th I wouldn't mind but I would have thought some would have contacted me as I gave them my flight details and times I'm afraid to say I will not be using you again the thing is I use the parking a lot but it's your loss so beware when you book make sure you don't slip up like I did because no one will let you know they just rip you for a tender"September 12, 2014
"Our experience of booking this service electronically, through to our arrival and consequent departure proved to be seamless. Our initial scepticism proved to be unfounded and instead experienced an easy, very effective and secure car park service. The incorporation of ANPR and physical access control systems employed on the site ensured a smooth initial entry and final exit from the site. The presence of CCTV cameras and floodlighting deployed fully around the site gave us a feeling of re assurance that our car was being well looked after while on site. It seems that when I left my car at Jetparks 2, in my rush I inadvertently left the driver window open. This was noticed by Jetparks2 staff who remedied the situation by placing protective sticky polythene over said window...and they must have done this quite quickly since there was no signs of damp in the car. On returning to the car, after my holiday, my first thought on seeing the polythene was that the driver window must have been smashed as someone attempted to break in, so I felt a complete idiot when I realised I had just left the window open.

"Easy to find. easy to park, bus just within 15 minutes. But, the return bus was packed late evening (22:30) and since the driver did not open the middle doors to get in or out meant it was a long scrabble to get in and out, and thus a longer than needed trip back to the car park"March 25, 2014

"Very automatic car park with number plate recognition and automatic token exit. No visible staff otherwise, save the bus drivers, who were very courteous and efficient.
Overall the car park was fine but one thing I would say is that if you using wheeled suitcases beware as the infill between the tarmacked areas is rough limestone chips rendering your suitcase unwheelable and needing to be carried."

"Very disappointed and won't use this provider again. I will be the first to admit that I got the return flight time wrong. It was a typo error and missed it prior to confirmation. That said I did return on the same date as booked but a few hours late. On leaving the barrier wouldnt open without paying a further £10 at the exit. I pushed the laughingly called press to help button & was over talked to by rude unhelpfull Jetparks reception staff, not once but three times in total. each one hiding behind "there's nothing I can do" The rude way they are obviously trained not to listen but just talk over you continually is condersending and rude. A £10 surcharg for a few hours late is a disgrace when parking for a week was less than £24."January 26, 2014

"Always find it easy to park and only being no more than 10mins for a bus to arrive and only 5mins from terminals have found it very efficient.
Only drawback is if it has been raining then you can have very large puddles everywhere as there dosn't seem to be any drainage for the area."

"It was a disaster.
My car reg wasn't rtecognised to start with, then the booking confirmation didn't mean anything to them, so i had to park the car, get the form out, and show it to a security guard before they let me in.
On the return home same thing happened, they didnt issue me with as token at the start of the holiday because of the above, so i had to go through the same procedure to get out, as they had no knowledge of my booking! So both times I'm stuck at the barrier with people behind me looking like a complete idiot. Not good for the stress levels....."
