"Excellent, would recommend this company and service. We booked Meet and greet parking, drove to departures and a friendly helpful driver was there waiting to pick our car up and when we returned from our holiday at 4 am, there was another friendly helpful driver waiting for us with our car. Great service 10 out of 10! Will definitely be booking this again."

"The driver arrived 30 minutes late after two phone calls and I'd completed many circuits of T3 because you get moved on after a very short time. The reason given was that the van bringing the driver had broken down. Perhaps I'm being unreasonably cynical but it didn't ring true although the driver and the switchboard gave me the same story.

The return pick up was fine.

Don't think I'll be using this service again."

"The service had a lot to be desired. When you go on holiday you want to relax and enjoy but it's hard when after following the companies instruction on contacting them before you arrive so they are there to meet you one is left waiting for more than half an hour before they show up and then not a sorry or acknowledgement of there delay. The exact same thing happened on our return. It was a good job we had left ourselves plenty of time."

"Unfortunately we obviously hit the wrong day for our trip. We rang 20mins prior to our arrival but the line was engaged - and 22 more attempts and 20mins later- it was still engaged! We tried the emergency number but it went straight into (a full )voicebox. We landed up driving around Manchester airport for a further 15 mins before we eventually got thro to the number.If we had been a single driver or we were running late for the flight, this would have been a nightmare. As it was, it was very stressful. The return pickup was straight forward and efficient and the drivers were lovely."

"Not sure how these guys got the job, very disorganised and chaotic.
I kept getting asked who I booked them through. I didn't remember because I don't remember this information. Why would I.
I couldn't understand him on the phone because of his strong Manchester accent.
To their credit they did meet me within 10 minutes of my arrival.
On my return again the question, 'who did I book the service through' three times I was asked.
He couldn't find my booking, when he did he called me back to say I would be met in 5 minutes, 50 minutes later he arrived after I called him back to find out what the problem was. The driver had been sent to the wrong terminal, even though I emphasised that it was terminal 3 on several occasions and he wrote it on the collection sheet in big letters.
Couldn't possibly recommend this service to anyone, the concept is great but you need people who are organised with a good work system in place to do the job.
It was the cheapest parking for my weekend away and I got what I paid for."

"We waited 25 minutes after arrival at the airport on our outward leg (despite calling them the required 20 minutes in advance, so they had 45 minutes notice in all), and 45 minutes following our call on the return leg. Nice enough staff, they blamed "staff shortages" for our waits. So, if you use these people, allow plenty of time...."

"Arriving at Terminal 1 was easy and the man came to collect our car within 10 mins so all good. The return wasnt so good, we landed at 5.30 collected bags by 5.35 but couldnt get through to the number given to me as constantly engaged until 5.52. We were waiting in the cold with a 5 year old until 6.20 and then I rang back and was told noone had actually left with my car as the person who took the message didnt inform the new person at the shift change at 6. We finally got our car back at 7.10 so unfortunately our expericence was not a good one. I have complained to purple parking and expect to be compensated for the issues. We are travelling again in october and I am not sure what I will do about the parking."

"Despite ringing 15 min prior to arrival I was kept waiting in the drop off area for 20 min and nearly missed my flight, having to ring 3 times. After handing the car keys to the driver all you get is a card with the same phone number I had already rung 4 times. On collection the car keys are given to anyone how knows your surname and asks for the keys to the person delivering it. Not very impressed, affordable, yes but lacking quality, unlikely to repeat."

"We tried to call 20 minutes prior to our arrival as instructed but nobody answered despite numerous attempts. We even tried calling Purple Parking directly but they couldn't get through. In the end we had to park up and and keep calling - eventually we got through. The operator offered no apology. I've used meet and greet many times before but I will avoid booking this service in the future."

"Excellent professional and courteous service. We have used other meet and greet companies in the past but eazypark are by far the best that we have used. We arrived approx 30 minutes early due to a good drive up to manchester airport but this was not a problem and the driver to collect our car was there within 10min do our arrival and 10 min of our arrival back a week later. Would highly recommend and definitely use again in the future. Thank you Eazipark."

"The pick up on our departure journey was fine - we phoned 20 minutes before arriving and the car was picked up about 10 minutes after we arrived - but we were a few minutes early. On the return journey, however, it took over 20 attempts before the phone was answered by Eazypark and then we were told the car would be with us in 15-18 minutes - precisely. We waited 40 minutes. We have used Eazypark lots before and they are getting progressively slower and slower at bringing the car back after our return journey. we went on a trip week before last and they took 50 minutes to return the car on that occasion. On average it is about 30 minutes. Despite what they say. It is just not worth using this service any more - it is quicker to park and ride. And cheaper, though I would be happy to pay more if this meet and greet service was more like what they promise."
