"On departure I only had to wait for 10 minutes. On arrival I had to wait for 20 minutes. I had requested a full valet service that has been forgotten and not been completed.
The staff however was very polite all the time."

"Have used this service twice. First time had an excuse for taking over half an hour to get our car to us. Yesterday a different excuse but still half an hour of waiting. Still, I awarded the lowest grade based on the bully boy shouting tactics over the top of my questions when after 25 mins I rang for the third time. My tone was conversational, his has lost them a customer."

"Unfortunately we had to wait 10 mins for your driver to take our car off us as the previous customer had given them the wrong terminal but on our return journey after telephoning him he was there with our car in 10 mins. We are travelling again in June and September and your driver told us that if we ring rather than book via the E-Mail we will receive a discount. We will contact you in May once our flight details for June are sorted out - we fly from Terminal 1."

"I have used easypark before and, as before, they were brilliant. Unfortunately my flight was delayed by 5 hours which was annoying but on arrival at Manchester, I called easypark who were aware of the delay and my car was there within 5 minutes of calling.

I would recommend them to anyone."

"Unfortunately when I rang EazyPark to let them know I was 20 minutes from the airport (as directed in the instructions) they were unaware of my booking (even tho I had an order number from Essential Travel). This meant that I had to wait almost 30 mins for someone to come and meet me, leaving me with less than an hour before my departure time to check in and go through security. The return leg of the journey was ok."

"We enjoyed your service in March 2010 and compared to simular priced methods of parking at the airport thought we had good value for money with a swift efficient friendly service. We arrived back in Manchester and our vehicle was already waiting for us with the engine warm and we were on our way home. I would recommend Eazypark meet and greet service and would favour them as my 1st choice next time i travel. Well done folks... and thank you."

"I was rung on my way to the airport just before I was about to ring them. Good timing.
Car was collected professionally with a form to check for any damage before they took possession.
Clear instructions of where to go and how to get there on arrival at end of holiday.
Damage form checked before I took possession, very professional.
I will definitely use the service again and can recommend them to others."

"First time i have used a meet and greet and was a little wary but i need not have bothered,the system was slick and smooth and this is thanks to the guys at EazyPark and would not hesitate in using thme again especially having young children and landing in the middle of the night."

"There were a few problems on arrival at Manchester Airport, due to us arriving about 45 minutes early. We were told that we would ahve to park up and wait for our booking time due to other people arriving. However, EazyPark did contact us after about 30 minutes and told us they would be with us shortly. They arrived and took the car.

Return was much easier. We contacted them when clearing customs and they were there about 10 minutes later.

Overall, a much better experience than using an off site carpark. However, you have to arrive at your pre-booked time."

"Outward - For satnav users not having a known rendevous point in advance (this is given at the phone call made about 20 minutes in advance of arrival) is not straightforward as it means reprogramming while on the go.
Return - Although the booking was confirmed by email with all the details the operators were not expecting our return but managed to get our car back to us withing 20 minutes.
We will go back to a traditional car park next time."

"We booked the meet and greet service for our holiday last week and would like to say what an excellent service it is. As requested we phoned 20 mins before arriving at Manchester Airport and we were met as arranged. On return we phoned after we had collected our luggage and within 10 mins the car was brought back to us. It couldn't have been easier and the service was spot on. Many thanks Pat greensmith"

"The meet and greet parking service we used was great and did just what it said on the website!! We would definitely consider using it again as it means that you do not have to add on time for parking and transfers to departures when considering what time you leave for the airport and the car was dropped off just outside arrivals - great thanks!"

"Very convenient service, but slightly let down by inflexibility. We were late returning having been delayed by two hours, and ended up waiting 25 minutes for the car to be returned. Presumably it's easy enough to find out whether a flight is delayed or not and you can anticipate the time taken for baggage reclaim etc? I might be being unfair but after a 2 hour delay you don't want to then have to watch everyone else leaving while you wait some more for your car."
