"Guys collecting and dropping the car back were excellent.

Collection was made more or less immediately, although delivering the car back to the airport took 45-50 minutes. Was a Friday evening so this could have contributed.

Based on this I have rated it a 3, however I would use again as I'm certain this would be because it was at a peak time."

"Fantastic service and at a very good price! They met us within 5 minutes of first arriving at airport at 4am in the morning and took car straight away. Upon arrival back at Manchester our car being returned to us was within 10 minutes, despite it being a very busy bank holiday week end.

"Some delay when we arrived at the airport which the Guy explained as being caused by a LGV getting stuck up a ramp at T1 - otherwise no problems. Car was returned to us within 30 minutes on arrival back. Generally think I would probably use again."

"We had a very bad experience with eazypark it all started when my wife rang them at 1:15pm to let them know we where about 10/15 minutes away. my wife was inormed by a very rude man on the other end of the phone that we were late we were booked in for 1:00pm but due to an accident on the motorway near home we were running about 20minutes late as we arrived at the airport for 1:21pm the man said that we were late so and i said well what shall we do now then he said that he could come but he didnt know how long he would be as he had other customers to look after not just us. My wife was very upset being spoken to like that to the extent that she would not ring back to let him know we were in the destination he required us to be. I therefore rang him back to let him know we were there and he was ok with me but did tell me what he had told my wife consiquently we waited 30 minutes or him to arrive...... On our arrival back from our holiday it tells us on the information we received that we were to ring when we had collected our luggage which we tried the reply on the message said we are very busy and do not leave a message at this time we were getting a little worried eventually we managed to contact someone and they said that because our plane was in early he was very busy so he did not know how long he would be before he could deliver the car to us. Infact our plane was delayed by 20minutes but as it happened we were only 10 minutes late but he insisted we were early we rang him at 3:15am and he came to meet us at 4:00am we were very unhappy with the service we had been given we were very tired as we had been up 22 hours by this point and all we wanted to do was get home we had to wait outside the airport and it was cold and raining. We could of left the car on the airport car park for the same price as we paid you. On leaving the airport the man that brought us the car was conviently getting into another customers car so it was quite obvious to us that it was not convient for him to meet us when we required it was to coinside with another pick up. That to us is not a meet and greet service the man that delivered our car certainly needs training in customer care!! We would never consider using your so called meet and greet service again and we would not recommend you to anyone we know

"There was a driver waiting for us at the airport when we arrived at terminal 3. However for the return journey we had to wait 35 minutes for our car. We used different meet & greet services over the past years and this is the longest that we have ever waited."

"All I can say is.... you won't get a better service than the EazyPark Meet and Greet. It should be re-named and misspelt EazyPark Meet and GreAt!! Excellent service and great lads collecting and re-delivering the car. We'll DEFO use them again. Thank you!! x"

"Very dissappointing. Car returned to me in dirty state with hardened bird droppings all over it. Driver apologised and said he had tried to rub the worst off - the driver's door was smeary. I don't know what he used but we now have a dull patch on the same door! I signed the sheet indicating I could not tell whether the car was damaged or not."

"Excellent service - had to wait about 5 mins for collection but presented no problems - returned to airport phoned and car at airport within 5 mins so excellent - only negative comment car was covered in dust so needed a good wash but apart from that excellent good value will use again - thank you"

"Far from happy. Departures was fine but owing to confusion on dates my car was not available on my return and I had to wait over 30 mins for my car to be delivered.
I shall not use this service again."

"Easy to contact but unfortunately it wasn't meet and great. we rung as requested 20 mins before arriving at the airport but we was waiting at the airport for 45 minutes before some one came to greet us.
On returning with our car it was very good and they was with us within 10 minutes but unfortunately when we arrived home we noticed that there was a scuff mark on the back of the wheel trim cover. This was not there when we dropped the car off and after travelling for most of the day we did not check the car when we picked it up.
Not sure if we will use meet and greet again in the future. We generally book into a park and stay hotel which is what we will be doing on our next holiday."

"If I can get a half decent price (this time £60 for 18 days..), to just turn up, get the car picked up, and have it returned as we step out of the airport on our way home..) I wouldn't bother with buses every 15minutes+ and struggling with luggage, which would be the case with only slightly cheaper services! Fair enough, we did get a bit of a telling off for being 6 minutes late on arrival, but unfortunately the power steering had gone on the way to the airport, which made it a bit of a task getting there..and I had swapped my car between booking and arriving, and forgotten to tell EazyPark in the meantime, so they were looking for a different car..SORRY! However, the chauffeur was extremely gracious (as was the chauffeur returning the car!) and as usual EazyPark Meet and Greet were excellent all round...the car even looked as if it had been cleaned when we saw it again, but I gather that it had been raining a lot in Manchester while we'd been away, which might explain it?? Excellent service though, and I recommend this service 100%! Thanks!"
