"Drop off was a little stressful. Due to a weather warning we set off from home early in case the roads were bad which may have caused us to be late. As it turned out the journey was clear meaning we arrived at the airport earlier than our original plan. We called the number to inform them of our arrival time to be told that we were too early and would have to wait!!! Sitting at the drop off outside the terminal for nearly half an hour is not my idea of starting a holiday especially with the high security around airports - people hanging around are not looked on favourably. When the guy eventually arrived (after a further 2 calls to try and find out how long we would actually be waiting) he was quite curt with me almost blaming me for being early.
The return was much better though. Phoned as requested and informed car would be delivered in 10-15mins. This actually turned out to be less than 5 mins. Guy returning the car was pleasant and handover was swift."

"Not bad service. Drivers are fine, sometimes admin can go wrong e.g. phoned when we landed but no sign of car. They'd brought the wrong car and went back to get ours. It was cold and wet - Manchester on a Friday in late January - but we just went back in the terminal and they soon corrected the mistake."January 21, 2012

"Prompt arrival to collect car and were even there before us when we collected the car on the return.
"At the time of booking it was short notice but everything was done efficiently through the internet. The phone call we had to make 20 minutes before arrival at the airport, seemed a little difficult, I could hardly hear the person at the other end of the line and didnt find him really friendly. We arrived at the airport and had to wait about 5 minutes for him to collect the car. The handover was done smoothly.
On our return at a different terminal was a little more difficult. Unfortunatly, due to difficulties on the plane our baggage was already waiting for us, so telephoned again to someone I could hardly hear and he told us where to go and he would be there in 5 minutes. We were not quite sure where to go and went to the wrong place. A couple of phone calls from both parties, we eventually found the right place and again had to wait 10 minutes for him to return the car. I thought that even though we were in the wrong place he should have been in the right place waiting there for us.
The hand over back was quick and efficient and he was friendly dispite the weather and the delay."

"We had never used this service before. The booking was very easy. We followed instructions to phone 20 mins before arriving at the airport, our pick up was there within 5 mins of arriving. On return we phoned as we collected our luggage and again he was there within 5 mins of clearing the airport and we were on our way. "I've used this service before with no problems at all, however this time the car was returned with mud up the sides and muddy footprints all over the driver's footwell and on the inside of the driver's door, including a scratch to the door bin and a piece of the height adjustment leaver coming off. Nothing in itself a big issue, but really I'd expect better when leaving my car in this way. I'd personally probably go with another company next time."October 31, 2011
