"An excellent service from start to finish. Would definitely use the service again.
I have used shuttle buses previous, but this is the most convenient and best way to start and end your holiday."

"Booked this service back in Jan - travelled in August - regularly kept up to date with any changes in arrangements. Met at 4 am by driver, and again on return to Manchester - both drivers were polite, friendly and on both occasions perfectly timed - excellent service thanks"

"Outbound journey & pick up - as planned, no issues. Return pick up - procedure followed as requested by CPS after passing through customs. Initial call to mobile number detailed but had to leave a message. Tried again 5 minutes later to be given incorrect pick up instructions from CPS staff. X-checked with other holiday makers & rang again to receive correct instructions & to be told pick up would be in 10 minutes. Result - pick up was 20 minutes after arrival (+ 3 phone calls) - about the same as the last time I used a courtesy bus service to an offsite car park but approx 40% more expensive. Not really what I expected for the additional cost. On this basis I wouldn't recommend this service to other users."

"It started off well enough, as handover of our car on arrival at Manchester was efficient. However, the return leg was a joke. We had to wait for over half an hour for our car to be returned to us, despite phoning as soon as we had picked up our last bag and finding our way from terminal 3 arrivals to terminal 1 departures (no easy job with 4 children under 7 and all the attendant luggage). I rang several times to be told the car would be with us in 5 minutes! When it did eventually turn up, it was filthy, having been parked under a tree for 2 weeks and covered in all sorts of animal and vegetable matter. We were not at all impressed."

"The dropping off of my car went without hitch. However, upon my return I had to wait nearly 30 mins for my car despite following the instructions and ringing at exactly the time I had booked. This rather defeated the idea of Chauffeured parking, which I had booked due to knowing that I would be arriving late in the evening (22:45). The reason given was that the driver was on his own(!)"

"When we arrived at Manchester airport the service was very good But on our return to the airport it took me about 30mins to get someone to answer the phone to tell them we had cleared customs which i did not think was accetable"

"Having used CPS last year and had a great service, we decided to use them again, because of the simplicity of having someone greet you on departure and arrival rather than lugging suitacases from distant car parks or on infrequent shuttle bus services, particularly this time as we had to be in check-in at 3.30am.

The only difference this year were the increased security measures at Manchester, which meant that drop-off/pick-up at the door was not possible and we had to drive to the top floor of the car park, but despite this slight inconvenience, the staff were fantastic and handled the disruption to their service with courtesy and efficiency.
We'll be back again next year certainly.

"Appreciate the current restictions but a walk from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 (return journey) was not what I call chauffered parking. This should have been pointed out at time of booking. Also when arrived back had to wait for 10 minutes for keys - chauffeur was sat in car and had not noticed us arrive and use spare keys to open vehicle."

"I travel a lot and usually use long term car parks like Pink Elephant etc. (If you could count the number of hours that I had wandered around car parks the size of Kent trying to find my car.)I was travelling this time with my 87 year old mother and thought the problems of buses and waiting in shelters might be too hard so I gave you a try. Excellent! I will never use an alternative. Prices were competetive, staff were friendly and helpful and most of all, the service was efficient. Congratulations!!"

"Manchester Airport - August 4-7.
On the previous 2 occasions I have used CPS at Manchester, the service was excellent. This time was a bit disappointing because I had to drive past the drop off zone (which was in normal use) and drive up to the 13th floor of the multi-storey car park to leave the car. We had to go back to the same place to collect the car.
This is actually not much better than doing the parking myself, and not really what I think of as meet and greet service.
I could see no reason why the car could not have been accepted outside the Terminal entrance which was the case on previous occasions.
Security issues could not have been the reason, since the drop off zone was in normal use."

"Good prompt collection on arrival. Horrendous delivery on return. Waited one hour for the car and phoned 3 times with excuses like "traffic" "busy" etc. Previous wait of 45 minutes with the same company."

"Our use of Manchester CPS turned out to be a bit of a disaster , we phoned to say we had arrived through customs at 7am to be told to come to the roof of the multistorey car park where our car would be waiting. Well it wasnt and we were told it was on the way from the car park and would be 10 minutes. We were then told someone was on there way , then that the car was blocked in , then on its way again , then couldnt find the keys!! We eventually got in the car at 8.20 , some 80 mins after our initial call , our 6 year old daughter was frozen and the way we were spoken to when we complained was totally unacceptable. would not touch this company with the proverbial bargepole. you have been warned. "Bit of a dog's dinner with the restrictions on access to terminal, which can not be helped. Shame e-mail advising on this arrived after our departure.
Gallant efforts of controller on level 13 of car park - looked like he needed support.
Have always used CPS - won't use again until access restrictions lifted."

"The new security arragements make this service unworkable. The drop off was not too bad, although not as handy as originally advertised, but we were forced to wait 25 minutes in the open air to retrieve our car, because it was not there as it should have been. A transfer to a car park by bus would have been quicker and half the price.This service was very good in times past, but will not be in buisness very long like this. We will not use it again until these issues have bee sorted out. Neither will anyone else-and I believe i have a strong case for a refund. I would welcome your comments on the above."

"CPS was very easy to use and meant that we needed no tranfers - just unload cases from car and straight to departures. Staff were friendly and courteous. Our delayed flight home did not cause any problems, as a quick phone call on arrival back ensured that our car was ready and waiting. Highly recommended."

"As you are still advertising your service as a "Door to Door" we were disappointed in having to manually transport ourselves, our luggage and our children from Manchester Terminal One's Car Park to Terminal Two. We were even more disapointed when, dispite being told that the situation would be rectified on our return, we had to repeat the process.

We know the security situation is not your fault and I would not normally have bothered to comment, but you did ask for feedback."

"Flew out to Spain from Terminal 3 on July 29th, 2007 returning early on August 5th, 2007. The service worked well and all staff were helpful. The increased security has reduced the advantages of meet and greet because it is slightly inconvenient to have the meeting point in the multi-storey of terminal 1 when travelling in and out of terminal 3. However I will be happy to consider CPS when travelling again."

"Security measures in light of the terrorist attack on Glasgow meant the "meet-and-greet" took place not outside the terminal from which we were flying, but a rooftop car park on another terminal. This meant we had to carry our luggage on a 15-minute cross-airport slog - hardly what we had paid for and particularly tiring after a nine-hour overnight flight. I appreciate this was out of the control of the service provider, but it was us (the customer) who was put out, not it. There was no offer of a price reduction, despite the service reduction."

"ALTHOUGH THE GUYS AT THE AIRPORT WHERE VERY NICE, DUE TO THE SECURITY MEASURES IT WASNT A MEET AND GREET OUTSIDE THE TERMINAL, WE WERE FLYING FROM TERMINAL 2 AND HAD TO LEAVE THE CAR AT TERMINAL 1 IT WAS A 15 MIN WALK FROM THE CAR TO THE TERMINAL SO REALLY DEFEATED THE OBJECT, I FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT WAS NOT YOUR FAULT, BUT DUE TO THIS I WOULD PROBABLY GO BACK TO LEAVING MY CAR AT A CARPARK NEARBY"

The experience of having your car safely taken and stored and then returned just as promptly was fabulous. It was only marred by the fact that we had, due to the security arrangements, had to meet at Terminal 1 when we were flying from Terminal 3. I will definitely be using you again in the future not only for my pleasure flights but also my business trips. 10/10"
