"I am not a harsh person and I don't usually reply to these emails but on this occasion I will.
The service I recieved was very poor and I will never use this compny again unless changes are made.
On the initial form to order this service it asked me which Terminal at Manchester I was flying from, I replied Terminal 2, so why is there only a drop-off pint for your vehicle at Terminal 1 Short Stay which is miles away and a 15 minute walk for my frail father from this drop-off point.
Secondly there was no instruction as what to do when I returned.
I eventually got through on the original number when I travelled out and they told me they'd be 10 minutes, it was actually 20.
It would of been much quicker to have used a car park service with transport to and from as I have always used before, this has always been quicker and less hassle than this service.
This company knew my inbound details, why wasn't my car waiting like I thought it would be?
This service was very poor and a comlete waste of 55 pounds."

"Not very inopressed with this service. We telephoned before leaving home and were given new arrival instructions. As we approached airport the mobile no given answerphone was full so unable to get through. Looked for maroon uniforms but everyone wearing black with no CPS logo so can't believe that wasn't mentioned on phone in morning. Worst thing was coming home and waiting half an hour in cold as they said it was busy!!Don't they know who is booked in? Our flight was spot on time but they didn't have car there ..told it would be ten mins so went out but froze waiting which defeated whole point of meet and greet. "The service was very good, arrived when stated and very quick. The only criticism we had was that on the confirmation email it stated that the chauffeur would be wearing a burgundy uniform with the CPS logo in white. When he arrived he was wearing a black rainjacket with no identification. He said that the company had been taken over? If this was the case surely travellers should have been alerted to this fact? As the chauffeur had all the appropriate paperwork we gave him the benefit of the doubt and left the car with him."September 15, 2007
"Information about drop off was wrong and I only got the correct information when I phoned 10 minutes from airport. I was then kept waiting over 30 minutes for the car to be collected. I phoned 3 times from the airport. On return I had to wait 20 minutes for the car to be delivered. It would have been quicker to have used a park and ride."September 14, 2007
"On arriaval your vehicle is collected from Terminal 1 car park not Terminal 2 where we were flying from. The walk is over 10 minutes and is not mentioned at time of booking.
On return the service was the worst I have every recieved. We were kept waiting an hour and twenty minutes for our car along with four other parties.
When we tried to telephone to complain there was no reply for a hour.
The staff were rude and when I tried to complain to Head Office I got no where.
ONE TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"I think the company need more staff as we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive when we dropped the car of even though we rang well in advance.
On returning no one answered the mobile number that i was asked to ring. I got through on the main line and the man told me that they were short of staff and he would be there ASAP. We had to wait 30 minutes.
I will go back to the park and ride in future."

"Really glad we used your airport parking meet & greet service. It was ideal as our flight was very early in the morning so didn't want to ask any friends or family for a lift. Also, I have a child under 2 so it was ideal not to have to drive anywhere else to park & then get a shuttle bus. Someone was there to take car from us when we arrived, & when we returned from our holiday there was someone waiting with the car. Dropping the car off in the car park of terminal 1 (when we were travelling from T2 was a hassle--but not any fault of the parking company)
We had to wait just a few minutes for the car to be delivered back

"It's a really good service, but when we used it before, we liked it better, because the dropping off and picking up of the car was much easier. I don't really understand why it has been changed. I'm always travelling with 3 children and to handle everything and keeping an eye on them is not really easy. And when you use such a service, you want to get the best possibility. And as I said, it was much better before. But don't worry I will probably book this service again, when it seems to be the "cheapest"."September 7, 2007
"What can I Say!! This is the second time I have used this service and it is just excellent!
Not worring about shuttle buses or which car park i left my car at is such a relief. The Time and stress saved by being met at the airport handing over the keys and forgetting about the car is truly immense. On return the car was delivered to us outside the front of the airport ..no fuss no hassle..and well worth the money."
"We have just used this facility and found it to be superb. With 3 small children and cases to worry about, the last thing that we wanted to worry about was parking. "I have never in my life dealt with a worse company of idiots in my life, 21/2 hrs to return my car,34 telephone calls almost all not answered,soaking wet in the rain in the car park and to top the lot the rear passenger area of my car was full mud and leaves in the foot well area. i want a refund plus some compensation."September 3, 2007

"All round decent service, the driver was ready and waiting for us on level 13 when we arrived and the communication beforehand was excellent.
Only drawback was when we arrived back (at the exact time i'd stated) i rang to say i was going through customs but then had to wait 25 minutes with 2 kids for someone to bring my car back, the gent was very friendly but i expected not to have to wait that long especially at the end of a holiday."
"Good service at the drop-off. A little confusing that I had to leave the car at terminal 1 when I was leaving from terminal 2. The instructions would have been better if it had said, leave at terminal 1 IRRESPECTIVE as to which terminal your flight leaves. I did not know that the two terminals were close and that there was an interconnecting walkway.
On pick-up, the compnay expected me at 10 am whereas the flight was always booked to land at 08.15. There was a longer than expected delay for the car to be delivered for pick-up."

"I was disappointed with the departure point as we were flying from T2 but had to go to T1 to drop off the car, then walk the skylink all the way to T2, no fun when you have a 7 year old with you, we didn't understand why as it was clear to see that other passengers were being dropped off at T2 departures. However, no grumbles about the return, spot on, car was there 10 minutes after coming out of the airport. Overall I would say that CPS is quite reliable."August 21, 2007
